Atrium

A city tax was collected on spot although prepayment promised that all taxes were included. Furthermore, the pool showed on the pictures, and the reason for us choosing Atrium, was closed. The receptionist just stated that the pool is not open "at this time of the year", which was in September.

Wenn beim Frühstücksbuffet etwas ausgegangen war, musste man leider etwas auf Nachschub warten, war aber noch im Rahmen.
Pool wurde von sehr freundlichem Bademeister betreut. Sehr Kinderlieb war er auch. Pool war jedoch ein kleines bisschen zu kalt (nach meinem Empfinden).
Würde jederzeit wieder gerne kommen!

Hotel was a bit ‘meh’ to be fair. Bit run down, constant problems with the air con, WiFi not working especially in the mornings, staff not speaking much English. The pool area was shared with a neighbouring hotel. It was nice & clean......beds could do with replacing as a lot of them are cracked and pulled my brand new towels. ‘Lifeguard’ was really rude, maybe a language barrier?! Who knows?! Insisted my boy wore swim nappies even tho he doesn’t even wear nappies in the day (I got some anyway to keep the peace) yet another little girl who clearly wore nappies during the day was allowed to swim with nothing on!! Also shouting at members of my family for jumping in yet it was ok for other people to jump in as they pleased. ‘Lifeguard’ was constantly on his phone too, bit concerning when there are lots of small children around. Hotel is in a fabulous location, pretty central to everything we needed :)

Edificio vecchio con camere vetuste ma ben organizzate. Colazione abbondante e variegata, cameriere simpatiche e molto disponibili. Personale attento alle esigenze, abbiamo avuto dei problemi e sono stati subito risolti nel giro di pochi minuti. Personale delle pulizie ha rifatto il letto matrimoniale lasciando a noi il dovere di mettere le lenzuola nel letto a castello.

Un applauso va invece alla piscina, vera punta di diamante del nostro soggiorno con il bagnino Gianluca sempre simpatico e disponibile verso le esigenze dei vari clienti. Nonostante tutto torneremmo all'Hotel Atrium se ne avessimo la possibilita.

La mia recensione è purtroppo negativa in quanto non abbiamo avuto il confort che ci aspettevamo.
Buono nelle are in comune, pessimo nella stanza privata.
Stanza privata piccola, poco pulita, aria condizionata (fondamentale in questo periodo) mal funzionante e addirittura gocciolante ..... letto a castello stretto e sprovvisto di sponde (pericoloso e di fatto inservibile è trasformandolo in una tripla)

Das Hotel war schmutzig und schlecht gepflegt, obwohl es gerade erst zu Beginn der Saison war. Die Treppe war voller Staub, der Boden des Raumes war für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt nicht gesaugt, die Klimaanlagenfilter hatten einen Zentimeter Staub auf sich......

Die Frühstückstische waren voll mit den schmutzigen Tellern der Leute, die gefrühstückt hatten, und gingen stundenlang, obwohl das Hotel nicht voll war.

Eine der Matratzen hatte spitze Federn, die direkt in deinen Rücken kamen. Ich bat darum, es ändern zu lassen, und es dauerte zwei Nächte. Der Kurs war nachts auf Hochtouren, mit Raumtemperaturen von etwa 25°C. Es konnte nicht geregelt oder ausgeschaltet werden (wir baten darum) und wir mussten auch die Klimaanlage einschalten, um die Hitze auszugleichen (verrückt).

Water leaking into room. Staff alerted and they were accomadating. Although the hotel was full, they had one small room and offered that at a reduced price. If we didn’t like that they’d find another hotel. We took the room.

Better than what we expected for the price, and a short walk to the ocean. If you're coming by train, it's on the opposite side of the train station exit, so a bit of a walk with bags and kids (you can only exit the station on the side away from the ocean, there's a big wall that stops through traffic and no direct underpass).

L'hotel ha decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di maggiore cura: abbiamo trovato una struttura vecchia, camere con ragnatele, piastrelle del bagno rotte, arredamento rivedibile, ma la cosa peggiore sono le pareti praticamente inesistenti, non c'è la minima insonorizzazione tra una camera e l'altra. I prezzi sono bassi ma l'hotel non è assolutamente classificabile come 3 stelle. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del personale alla reception e la colazione non male nel weekend.

Отель предоставляет совсем не те номера, которые бронируются. Я бронировал комнату для 3-х с 3-мя одноместными кроватями площадью 23 кв.м. Нам была предоставлена комната с 1-й одинарной и 1-й двухместной кроватью площадью метров 12. Фото номера на сайте и реальная обстановка полностью отличаются. Везде слои пыли. Я бы не рекомендовал Вам бронировать этот отель. Это обман.

This hotel is in a great location to access the beach and old town. A great breakfast, large room, clean, and quiet. Take a taxi if you have luggage,worth the 10Euros. If you have a backpack, walk from the train station. The staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel really caters to Italian holidaymakers and isn't a good choice for foreign travelers, in my opinion. Good points: a few blocks from the beach on a picturesque street. Bad points: the picturesque street is noisy at night, the rooms are noisy, (the others guests, during our stay, were noisy and up all night), and the air conditioning is next to nonexistent. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but spoke only Italian. Our beds were comfortable the the furniture was pretty basic.
