For it's price, it was a really good accommodation with breakfast. We walked from airport with 2kids. It was easy to get there. Surrounded by so many shops and places to eat. Just few minutes from sea side. Helpful and kind staff. Definitely recommend it

Estoy contento de haber llegado al Hotel Impero.
Esta ubicado muy cerca de la Estación de Tren y muy bien servida por el transporte público, por lo que muy fácil y económico salir y regresar al hotel.
También me parece un lugar estratégico porque si deseas puedes movilizarte hasta las playas de Riccione y de Rimini.
El desayuno es muy bueno porque contiene, frutas, jugos, panes, tortas, mermeladas, mantequilla, agua, café, etc... y puedes comer todo lo que tu quieras.
Vengan todos al Hotel Impero!!!

È stata una piacevole esperienza, il personale si è dimostrato educato, gentile e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione dell’hotel. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

All'arrivo ho trovato le lenzuola sporche (due belle macchie che non potevano, e non dovevano, proprio passare inosservate e di cui ho un bel ricordo fotografico).
Colazione limitata nell'offerta: una sola bevanda calda consentita; se prendevi un cappuccino poi ti era negato (se non come extra a pagamento) prendere un caffè. La colazione salata (solo salame e formaggio) è stata messa a disposizione solo in due giorni (su i 5 del mio soggiorno).
Quindi rapporto qualità/prezzo molto basso (io pagavo 90 €/giorno) e a questo prezzo non è concepibile avere lenzuola sporche e colazione centellinata.

Niente isolamento acustico come se non ci fossero i muri. Dalle stanze accanto si sente tutto. Di sera il letto tremava ogni volta che la persona nella stanza accanto spostava la sedia o camminava. Bagno piccolissimo senza bidet, sul wc non ci si riesce a sedere dritti perché si ha la doccia attaccata davanti, quindi bisogna mettersi di lato. Il lettino per i bimbi è senza materasso. Le torte della colazione sembravano vecchie, ad aprirle con le mani a metà c'erano come i filamenti di colla. L'unica cosa positiva era il personale gentile.

stanza molto piccola, molto sporca, materasso scomodo e poco confortevole. Rumori di scarichi di acqua fortissimi delle stanze limitrofe, impedivano il sonno. Nessun isolamento acustico ma hotel che si basa sul risparmio in ogni cosa. Colazione non a buffet. Non ci torno.

Struttura poco pulita

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was convenient, close to the metro, the sea, and various shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. I even got accommodated earlier than the check-in time. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

Personale gentile e disponibile ma scarsa qualità di pulizia e delle camere

The hotel is located very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Restaurants, a supermarket and lot of shops are also within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The employees of the hotel were very friendly and kind and breakfast was tasty. The hotel is covid safe, sanitizers are available in many parts of the hotel, you have to order the breakfast and it's taken to your desk and there are 2 m distance between the desks.

The room was comfortable and clean but it wasn't easy to open the terrace door. I think the floor has to be replaced to ensure the door can be opened easier. The toilet roll holder was missing from the bathroom wall.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and I would be happy to return in the future.

We had a really great time. The hotel is owned and managed by an amazing family, they are very welcoming and helpful. Supermarket, beach and train station are less than 5 min away. Rooms are clean and we loved having a room with a balcony. We could wash and hang our beach towels to dry on the drier outside, even the pegs were there.
Such a happy place!
