Pros:

i have only booked and both my kids stayed there. They only reported back they had a wonderful and amazing stay and did not miss anything. It´s not often they find nothing to moan about so believe this must be a wonderful place

Soggiorno molto piacevole, in un ambiente raffinato e tranquillo.
Pros:

L’hotel è un edificio d’epoca molto curato sia esternamente che internamente, con arredi eleganti.
Le camere sono confortevoli e molto pulite.
Il personale gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che migliorerei è la presenza delle lenzuola per coprirsi: noi avevamo solo il copripiumino con dentro il piumone e abbiamo avuto caldo. La possibilità di poter usare solo un lenzuolo (senza piumone) potrebbe essere più confortevole.

Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile, camera pulitissima e luminosa, colazione classica con proposte dolci e salate. Garage interno gratuito molto comodo. Zona spa con diverse saune e idromassaggio curate nei dettagli. Abbiamo passato un bel weekend. Ci torneremo.

Luxurious - stunning views of the mountains
Pros:

the staff were very welcoming , friendly and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast because they made you feel so special. Breakfast food is delicious too. The hotel has a old world charm to it . you can imagine there are plenty of stories to be told. The interior is rich and decadent where you can drink cocktails or read a book surrounded by luxoury. Great location - close to everything (shops, walks, restaurants) . No aircon but it stayed cool despite the 30C heat!! Rooms good size and quiet. `Great view of the mtns and valley from the balcony too. Perfect reading spot.

Cons:

For people traveling with kids, please be aware that children aren't allowed in the pool after 3pm. I didn't know this until we arrived there. it does feel like place more suited for adults ( which I totally understand) - more formal than other 4 star places that we usually stay
