Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto subito un ottima accoglienza e con nostra sorpresa hanno fatto un’upgrade della camera. Personale gentilissimo e attenti al cliente, riescono a farti sentire coccolato. Ottima cucina, colazione a buffet molto ricco sia dolce che salato. Hanno servizio bar dove abbiamo potuto provare ottimi cocktail fatti veramente bene. In ultimo ma non meno importante la SPA c’è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno per rilassarti. Pulizia eccezionale sia nella camera che in ambienti comuni. Sicuramente torneremo l’inverno prossimo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Grazie dell’ottimo soggiorno.

hotel a conduzione familiare da ben tre generazioni (facente parte dei locali storici d'italia) molto ben curato e pulito. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica con dettagli di storia e decorazioni in tutta la struttura che richiamano l'ambiente montano e l'origine storica - inizio 1900 - di questo hotel. Indimenticabile la spa : accogliente e pulita con grande varietà di aree idromassaggio \ saune \ bagno turco. Molto apprezzata anche da me che sono incinta al settimo mese. Durante il soggiorno ho avuto modo di eseguire una piacevole esperienza di massaggio di coppia. Ringrazio Helena, la massaggiatrice, estremamente professionale e preparata anche per massaggi in donne in gravidanza. Tutto lo staff è stato molto disponibile e cordiale durante tutto il nostro soggiorno - molto gradita l'attenzione nei nostri confronti per un upgrade di camera - vista montagna - omaggiatoci al nostro arrivo. Ottima colazione con adeguta scelta di prodotti dolci e salati freschi. Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato, avremmo voluto fermarci di più! torneremo!! cecilia e gianmarco

Chi frequenta la spa dovrebbe mantenere un atteggiamento rispettoso nei confronti degli altri ospiti...silenzio nella zona relax e tono della voce contenuto nelle vasche idromassaggio.
