Mi é piaciuta molto l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della signora Isabella, pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Camera pulita e confortevole, una soluzione ottimale per brevi periodi. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi la stazione e il centro storico di Firenze.

Pros:

Location is pretty good. The space is fine and does the job. It is clean and the lady there was very nice when I checked out.

Una presa in giro! Tutto pessimo, a partire dalla pulizia e manutenzione. Le foto sono ingannevoli. La camera non era come dalle foto, sporca in ogni sua parte, anche i muri erano macchiati e non di poco. Nel bagno il rivestimento era attaccato con lo scotch e molte parti si stavano staccando. Nessuna coperta sul letto e nessuna possibilità di accendere il riscaldamento o il condizionatore. Un incubo!!

Pros:

It was a nice big room with its own bathroom. Almost all my expectations were fulfilled.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well in my room. The location of the hotel didn’t match the address on Google Maps, so it was kind of hard to find the place. It would also be nice to have some slippers in the room.

Cons:

Struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione.
La doccia con il soffione pieno di calcare, la guarnizione della porta staccata e penzolante e vari dettagli usurati nella struttura. Per non parlare degli asciugamani che fanno una puzza molto forte di frittura.
Quando lo diciamo alla signora alla reception ci risponde " li portiamo in lavanderia " come se fosse una giustificazione..

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità di Isabella e la pulizia della camera .

Cons:

Frigo bar non aveva nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. Di solito ho sempre trovato le ciabatte monouso e bicchieri di plastica che restano più egenici. Consiglio rivedere queste piccole dettagli che potrebbero essere utili per chi alloggia. Le porte non sono spesse c'è poca privacy.
