Pros:

It was a nice big room with its own bathroom. Almost all my expectations were fulfilled.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well in my room. The location of the hotel didn’t match the address on Google Maps, so it was kind of hard to find the place. It would also be nice to have some slippers in the room.

La posizione

Cons:

Struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po di manutenzione.
La doccia con il soffione pieno di calcare, la guarnizione della porta staccata e penzolante e vari dettagli usurati nella struttura. Per non parlare degli asciugamani che fanno una puzza molto forte di frittura.
Quando lo diciamo alla signora alla reception ci risponde " li portiamo in lavanderia " come se fosse una giustificazione..

Ho apprezzato la disponibilità di Isabella e la pulizia della camera .

Cons:

Frigo bar non aveva nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua. Di solito ho sempre trovato le ciabatte monouso e bicchieri di plastica che restano più egenici. Consiglio rivedere queste piccole dettagli che potrebbero essere utili per chi alloggia. Le porte non sono spesse c'è poca privacy.

Posizione comoda, vicino al centro e al fiume Arno.
Davanti all'hotel si trova una delle migliori pasticcerie di firenze

Cons:

Camera e bagno particolarmente piccoli, abbiamo preso due camere separate e la recensione resta tale per entrambe.
Doccia che funzionava male (funzionava solo il doccino a mano) e bidè assente, vi era il dolcino nel WC.
Dalle immagini on line sembrava molto melgio
Accoglienza un po scontrosa.
