L’accueil. Réceptionniste très à l’écoute et très aimable!
Parking disponible pour ma moto à un prix intéressant juste devant l’hôtel.

Pros:

Was staying in Turin on for business. Would definitely stay here again. Staff super helpful. Were able to extend our room for a small charge. Also the room was peaceful and quiet we got a good nights sleep 😊nice breakfast served in the morning.

Le calme de la chambre, le petit espace pour travailler. Il y avait un ventilateur et un balcon/terrasse. L'hôtel est bien situé et le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le personnel est absolument adorable.

Cons:

Les rangements n'étaient pas bien pensés : suspendues, mes affaires touchaient l'étagère du dessous. La clim payante à 10€/jour n'est pas acceptable pour le prix payé. Il n'y a pas assez de prises électriques pour travailler facilement (brancher un PC). Le gel douche en sachet n'était pas pratique du tout, il faut un vrai petit distributeur ou des flacons.

Alcuni inconvenienti ma una grande disponibilità di risoluzione.
La posizione è sicuramente l'aspetto più vantaggioso.
Bella l'idea di mettere a disposizione l'acqua gratuitamente ai clienti soprattutto col caldo.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato che la colazione fosse su ordinazione, lo trovo macchinoso.
L'aria condizionata a pagamento, visto già il prezzo del soggiorno, l'ho trovata inadeguata ma sono stati chiari da subito
