Great location. Super friendly staff. Shutters keep the room super dark at night. Tranquil location with no street noise at night. Pleasantly surprised given the reasonable price.
Bed was a bit firm but that’s personal choice. Vent fan in bathroom kept kicked on and off automatically but only while in bathroom. So no biggie. That’s being super picky too. Not much to not like.

Il bagno della camera, usciva poca acqua dalla doccia e se utilizzavi il piatto in alto si allagava il bagno. Sotto al lavandino c’era un po’ di sporcizia.
We didn't breakfast at the hotel.
I am afraid we cannot tell if the area around the hotel is safe as we don't know it well.
We are both over 70 and having hand rails in the shower (and bath) would have made us feel safer
