I’m so sorry about this bad experience what we had to deal with at this accommodation.
We spent here 4 nights, due to a skiing holiday. We deliberately booked a separated more spacious family room for comfort (costed 50€/night).
On our arrival the room was dirty, and smelling. There was someone else’s trash in the bin, and hair all over the bathroom. Next to the beds on the floor and on the windows there were many dead flies and lots of spider webs.

The heating in the rooms came from the Middle Ages, never worked and it was broken on several places. When we mentioned this problem to the staff, they made it somehow to be “turned on” for a couple of hours, then it was blowing cold air again. Ridiculous especially when there are -12 degrees outside.

About the half pension:
In the morning the breakfast is OK, never changing, not too much variety, but for a 3 start hotel it’s alright.
About the dinner; it works funny. You need to order the food the previous night. The amounts are so small like in a gourmet restaurant. But the quality is bad and the food tastes like nothing.
They gave the feeling that they are trying too hard to show something what they are really not prepared for.
One sure, there’s always pizza margherita (as big as my palm) and spaghetti bolognese available. Shame on the Italian kitchen.

The elevator doesn’t work properly, it has a feeling that it will break anytime.

After these 4 nights of stay, we couldn’t believe it that we paid 1600€ for 3 person for 4 nights on a high season, and this is what you get for this much amount.
We are highly disappointed. Hope they will change something about this, because the location of the accommodation would be incredible.
But one sure, we never gonna come back here again.

Cute hotel in the mountains. Quiet and nice walks. Food at the restaurant was great.

Staff is unfriendly, beds are very hard and uncomfortable, wifi is utterly useless (unless you are the only user).

Food is ok, evening buffet is nice, but you will have to wait very long for first and second couse, dessert buffet is kinda dry, but not bad, mostly cakes. Beware they will serve you lukewarm water bottles for 3.5 euro, unless you specifically ask for fresh tap water. Then you'll get nice cold water - but still pay 3,50!! (for the service, they say).

BUT the worst is the coffee situation in the morning! ONE slow coffee machine which takes 30-60 secs to make ONE cup will have you waiting in a very long line. Completely unacceptable when a group of 100+ wants to go skiing.

Gammal och ganska slitet hotel i en fanstastisk natur för tanturupplevare rekomendera jag denna hotel om man vill bo enkel.

Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche war nicht sauber. Frühstück ok. Wozu 20 Euro Wellness Gebühr verlangt wird ist absolut unklar.

Old hotel that has absolutely seen better days. It smells like it needs a really good cleaning. The smell is like old grease/fat from the kitchen. I can not recommend this place. The only + is the size of the rooms and the mountain view.

The hotel is great for a mountain trip. I was looking for a single night near the town close to the highway, and it is not close to it. It it’s a step and long drive from the town. So make sure you check this before you book! Other that that, the breakfast was great (included) and the views are awesome. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

Our room was lovely and the restaurant was amazing. The wellness center seemed a bit overstated, and there's no sound buffering in the room... It was noisy for quite some time.

We have spent here almost a week with small kids. We enjoyed every minute of it. In case we had an issue the staff was there to solve it ASAP. The food was delicious, big portions with great Italian taste.
The staff was super helpful also during the meals, they always had a smile for the kids. Location wise it is super, you have to walk 200 meters in the morning to reach the first elevator which is a perfect warm up! :) I truly recommend!

We had amazing time staying at this very friendly hotel with lovely staff and really good food. The atmosphere is superb and lots of fun. And we can highly recommend this secret find. We definitely will be back!

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. It is an average 3*, comfortabe rooms, very friendly staff, amazing food (half board, dinner). The closes ski lift is 300m (for kids), the sit it one is 600m. The sauna is ok, the jacuzzy is a bit old, but fair. The bar has all the drinks and the house provides various games to play with in your free time. (Cards etc..). Plastic glasses are placed in the room-would be better to have glass ones!;) The place with the lake in front is amazing, like a picture! Thank you for everything!
