Great location and good staff but small rooms.
Pros:

The location at the intersection of the Bou Montparnasse and Raspail is great - a lively area with great cafes and restaurants and easy access to public transportation.

Cons:

Room was very small with little place to store luggage; otherwise fine but very crowded.

I recommend this hotel!
Pros:

I loved everything! Room was very nice! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. And the room was super clean. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke very good English. Plenty of cafes and restaurants with in 1 block of the hotel.

The room seemed relatively recently refurbished, clean and well air-conditioned.

Cons:

My room had a connecting door to another without any noise insulation, which made it very loud whenever the other room was occupied. Unlike the rooms, the rest of the property was a little outdated and could use refurbishing.

Pros:

Notre chambre était à l'angle de la rue au premier étage avec une vue imprenable.

Le lit très grands, des fauteuils design assez confortable et des peignoirs.

Great for first time visitors!
Pros:

A hotel in a great area. Close to metros, restaurants, and the catacombs. Clean and fresh room with a view of the Eiffel Tower! Air condition. A standard hotel breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the RER B station port royale so easy to access from the airport CDG.
