Das I-Tüpfelchen auf einem schönen Paris-Aufenthalt
Pros:

Tolle, bequeme Zimmer. Neues Bad, alles sauber und Tipp Topp. Kleiner Frühstücksraum, aber leckere & feine Speisen mit frischem Obst und leckerem Kaffee. Alles da, was es für ein gutes Frühstück braucht - noch dazu bis 10:30! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, у нас были просьбы и они сразу выполнялись. В номере был отпариватель для одежды, что очень удобно. Он не работал, когда хотели им воспользоваться, мы проинформировали персонал, нам сразу принесли новый. Так же, попросили принести капсулы кофе и эту просьбу сразу выполнили. На рецепшине при выезде рано утром, работник приготовил для ребенка, с собой в дорогу, набор из круасанов и закусочек, это было очень мило и приятно. Район, в котором находится отель, прекрасный, рядом много приятных ресторанов и кафе.

Cons:

На рецепшине присутствует не очень приятный запах. Но это не так и страшно

A pleasant stay
Pros:

Comfortable bed, very good air conditioning, steamer available in a room which is very rare, coffee machine and kettle, very friendly personnel and very good breakfast.

Cons:

Everything is petite 😄 but I don’t complain. We had a great stay.

Great 4* hotel In Montparnasse, close to public transport and everything else you need.
Pros:

We had the junior suite, which was incredibly spacious and had breathtaking views.

Cons:

The odour from the carpet in the hallway. The somewhat outdated lobby.

Pros:

The staff are great, helpful، accommodating and pleasant. Usual in Paris. The location is superb, close to restaurants, cafes and Saint Germain. A fairly good gym across the road. Essential for me. Elevator of acceptable size. Rooms are renovated and modern and ac works great

Cons:

Reception can use an upgrade.

Unprofessional Front Desk Manager
Pros:

The hotel itself was alright, and we didn’t have any issues with the room. However, the front desk manager lady was incredibly rude. We asked a simple question about our room and the bed setup, and she immediately started yelling, saying she was the front desk manager and that it was up to her to decide which room we received. Keep in mind, we never asked to change rooms… we were only asking if the two beds were attached together.

A gem a little outside of the ciry center.
Pros:

Some of the staff were friendly, some weren't. The room is spacious and clean. Close to restaurants and some small grocery shops. Easy transportation access.

Cons:

The elevator is small but does it's thing. A little far from center.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders schätzten wir die Hilfe bei der sicheren Unterbringung unserer Velos.

Cons:

Da wir pünktlich um 7.30h weiterreisen mussten, wäre ein pünktlicher Start zum Frühstücken um 7.00 hilfreich gewesen. Nicht erst 7.10h.

Find a different place!
Pros:

The bathroom was a nice size and it was nice to have water in the lobby and an option for breakfast delivered to the room.

Cons:

We were told multiple times the air conditioner would be fixed but it never was throughout our whole stay. We paid for a room with AC and never had it. It was unbearable to sleep in. The people were slightly accommodating about it but overall very rude. When we were leaving, the front desk didn't help us get a taxi even when we asked for help.
