Una experiencia decepcionante y abusiva. Esa habitación no debió darse a ningún cliente.

Me dieron una habitación doble con la persiana, de la única ventana que había, rota, descolgada, teniendo que estar con la luz encendida todo el tiempo. Una hoja de la ventana no se podía cerrar y había un ruido espantoso de los motores del hotel. Lo comenté en recepción y no me compensaron de ningún modo. Había abonado 123€ por la habitación. Muy descontenta.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación y el personal muy amable. Gracias a su ayuda pudimos sortear la Magna para llegar al concierto. Sin ella, hubiera resultado imposible.
