Nice, well priced but customer service needs work
Pros:

The hotel us very nice and easy to find. Breakfast (included) was very good but the staff could have been more attentive. We were not greeted when we walked into the lobby at any time. In the restaurant they didn't ask if anything was needed or checked in at any time. They didn't even ask if we wanted a Cappuccino when we arrived. The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again, however, if I could find something closer to Bologna next time I would consider it, as well.

Si trova in Una frazione a 15 km dal paese raggiungibile attraverso una strada in mezzo a boschi verdi. Hotel nuovo pulito elegante pure la camera ottima. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Parcheggio molto ampio.

This was a last minute booking while on the road. Was a bit further out of town than expected but we found it anyway. Lovely hotel in a cute little town. Fast check in and our room was sufficient for one night. Clean, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. There were plenty of breakfast choices with cereal, pastries, hot food etc. and free parking. We also had dinner at the hotel and that was pretty good also. Nice hotel

As avaliações que li sobre o hotel me convenceram a me hospedar nele. No entanto, o que encontrei ao chegar lá não condiz com o que eu li. O café da manhã não tem absolutamente nada de extraordinário. Ele começava às 7 da manhã, descemos às 8 e várias coisas já não tinham mais e não foram repostas. Não sei por qual razão, mas o hote é cheio de excursão, ele sai muito cedo do hotel e fazem tanto barulho que é impossível dormir depois das 7:30 da manhã. O acesso ao hotel é péssimo, independemente de onde você venha. Pegamos três estradas diferentes durante nossa estadia e todas eram perigosas, estreitas, escuras e sem visibilidade. O quarto do hotel é equipado com coisa velha, o papel de parede está descascando, o secador de cabelo é do arco da velha e o aquecedor do banheiro não funciona.
