Hôtel bien placé à Bellagio
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien placé à Bellagio. C'est plus un restaurant avec quelques chambres qu'un hôtel. Chambre propre et grande, vaste salle de bain visiblement refaite.

Cons:

Le bruit le soir, non pas de la rue (calme en octobre) mais du personnel qui parle très fort et fait beaucoup de bruit (cuisine, nettoyage, rangement...) après le service. En plus notre chambre était située juste avant les chambres de service pour le personnel qui nettement ne comprend pas que c'est un hôtel (cloisons fines) ! Il serait utile que le directeur de l'établissement fasse passer le message auprès de ses employés !
Ce serait bien d'avoir des rideaux plus opaques.
Difficile d'avoir le code WiFi !

Pros:

Room was comfortable. Nice view.

Cons:

The staff runs a restaurant so too busy to help. We had to climb to 3 rd floor. We are seniors with health issues. No one offered to help. No WiFi, we couldn’t schedule or cancel anything we had to walk all over to find boat rental. No phone to call front desk. No parking nearby. It was very long walk. Phone was stolen.

Great views and location with a few inconveniences
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Bellagio. Thew view from our room was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was excellent, just steps from the ferry. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in was through the restaurant, so we had to carry our luggage through the dining area to get our keys. Our room had a sauna, but it wasn't working. I don't recall whether the sauna was listed as an amenity when I booked. The WIFI also seemed to work only during the restaurant's operating hours.

For the price, the stay was okay. If you are on a budget, it may be a reasonable option compared with the other hotels in the area

Das Zimmer im 2 Stock war groß und hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den See.

Es ist kein Hotel, man wohnt quasi im Restaurant. Die Küche im 1OG ist offen ins Stiegenhaus wodurch es immer nach Essen riecht.Diesen Geruch nach Fisch und Zwiebeln hast du auch ständig im Zimmer. Es ist sehr laut - vor dem Hotel die Fähren, im Hotel die Küche und die Restaurantgäste.Das Personal ist unfreundlich weil man als Hotelgast den Betrieb stört.Niemand erklärt dir das Parken oder die Eingänge.Das Treppenhaus ist eng und heruntergekommen.Die Preise sind dafür unverschämt und man verweigert eine Rechnung auszustellen.WLAN gibt es auch keines, die Chefin meinte Vodafon ist Schuld. Auf Mails vor der Anfahrt hat niemand reagiert obwohl der Chef ständig vor dem PC sitzt und sichtbar online shoppt.Die Heizung im Zimmer funktioniert nicht und es ist niemand da um das in Ordnung zu bringen. Strom fällt aus wenn die Küche überlastet ist.

Pros:

Location is just opposite to bellagio ferry station . Room with lake view. Excellent location to explore bellagio in the morning before it gets crowded. Balcony rooms are ok 2,3 floors

Cons:

They dont provide food service in the room, however restaurant is just downstairs.
No stairs to carry luggage to room, however staff do help to carry it.

Nice room in the centre of Bellagio
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the best location in Bellagio, close to the ferries and restaurants.

Cons:

There was no air con in the room which made it too hot in summer. It was also very noisy outside as the hotel is also a popular restaurant and surrounded by other restaurants
