Een prachtig hotel
Op een mooie locatie. We hadden een ruime kamer met goede bedden en kussens, de kamer was erg warm toen we aankwamen 27 gr, de airco kon alleen verwarmen , gelukkig konden er ramen open. Zowel ontbijt als diner waren heerlijk.

Pros:

El edificio antiguo 3s muy bonito y lleno de historia. El comedor de la 4a planta. La vista al jardin desde nuestra habitacion. La cercanía a Vitoria. El dessyuno buffet es excelente, completo, variado y.cuidad al detalle.

Cons:

La cafeteria podría estar mas atendida y tener mas opciones para merendar. Tiene un expositor de tartas que luego no puedes pedir. Es un poco absurdo. El servicio de cafetería es bastante lento también.

A place you want to spend more than just one night

Beautiful property, food amazing, staff professional and attentive. Wish we had stayed longer as it was a stop off on our journey to Andalucia but so much nicer than our Airbnb for the holiday

It's our third time at this beautiful oasis
We were so happy to arrive and be welcomed by the fantastic staff then to go to such a beautiful room. Thank you all so much. The breakfast was generous too!
We are dreaming of the day we will return to the beautiful building, serene trees ( such a gorgeous willow tree and a fruit tree in the garden in front!) the kind staff and the clear air of Vittoria Gasteiz.

De locatie was oké, kamer royaal, bedden goed.

Cons:

De kamer rook enorm muf bij aankomst. Niet geklaagd omdat ik wat ziek was. Deur om te luchten lastig te openen.
Kamer beetje gedateerd. Douchen in bad.

Pros:

Gostei muito do conforto e charme de todas as instalações. O colchão da cama era maravilhoso. A vista do quarto era soberba. Gostei da tranquilidade do local. Adorei o bar com opções simples para jantar. O pequeno almoço era bom, mas não o melhor que tomei. A limpeza era excelente.

Cons:

Não gostei da forma como o empregado do pequeno almoço nos tratou no primeiro dia do alojamento. O pessoal da recepção podia ser mais simpático.
Não tinham uma garrafa de água de cortesia, nem nenhum chocolate no quarto nem de recepção de boas vindas. É bastante distante da cidade e não há restaurantes por perto.

Very characterful building with lovely views of the countryside.

Not much - we couldn’t get into the first room we were given (and neither could the receptionist), but we were quickly given another one.
The room was far too hot when we arrived (but that’s maybe better than freezing!), but was soon Ok after turning off the heating…
