Hôtel bien situé, avec parking, très bon accueil et restauration correcte, personnel très attentionné au restaurant

Je connais le park hotel depuis 40 ans de bonheur avec avant les voyages Fram, j'ai pu revoir Mr Auriol le patron propriétaire, encore un plasir la propreté le serv ice le tout
merci encore. Mr Compere lionel, Mr Auriol le sait.....

Très propre , très bon accueil , très bon déjeuner , la seule chose négative est l’isolation acoustique ! Je reviendrai !

El hotel es antiguo y las instalaciones con necesidad de ponerlas al día lo peor la cama, era plegable y el colchón de muelles. Los jardines son enormes y tiene pistas de padel y tenis. En conjunto merece la pena por la situación perfecta para actividades de montaña y el parking y la relacion calidad precio es correcta.

Nur anstatt Doppelbett, zwei Betten zusammen geschoben die fortlaufend auseinander gehen, nur Bettlaken als Decke, die Decken im Schrank unbrauchbar für den hygienischen Gebrauch.
Um 22:30 sind noch Kinder einer Schule laut im Hof.
Die Zufahrt Angaben sind fehlerhaft. Cca 30 Minuten herumfahrerei und dann mit WhatsApp Zusendung vom Hotel gefunden.

El servicio es maravilloso, muy cerca de varios sitios de interés como la zonas de ski Masella y La Molina; también muy cerca de Llívia y la Cerdaña Francesa. Las vistas del hotel son maravillosas, así como su servicio.

Se ve que están remodelándolo poco a poco y algunas cosas se ven muy lindas y otras algo antiguas; sin embargo todo es funcional.

Seguro volveremos!

Très satisfait de mon séjour dans cette hôtel.

Destaca la limpieza de las instalsciones y el cuidado del jardin, impecable. El unico inconveniente es que se nota la antigüedad de las instalaciones y la falta de servicios (no hay servicio de habitaciones, lavandería, minibar, …) sistemas de trabajo anticuados que los hacen ineficientes y lentos para los huéspedes. El personal muy agradable. Sería recomendable que los perros pudiesen compartir más espacios; solo pueden permanecer en las habitaciones y tampoco se admiten en el jardín (solo en un espacio limitado de la parte trasera)

Room wall is thin and can hear noise from next room and outside corridor. E.g you can hear the next room winding their windows louvres. Keep Low volume as you may not want to disturb the others.

Good, friendly, helpful staff. Very warm welcome on arrival. Had a meal in the restaurant on the first night, ate some of it, the rest of the week ate out. Very disappointed with the food, the only downside to our stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, 2 adults, 4 year old daughter and dog. Don't book this hotel during Spanish school holidays and sking season! 9 coaches parked up on one night!! Like staying in a youth hostel. Location great for the slopes in the area though. Our room on top floor reverse air con not working so very cold until heating warmed up in evening. lift button worked intermittently and with the children using it we ended up walking down stairs a lot. Our daughter has a milk allergy so we ordered grilled chicken-came with cheese on the top!. New grilled chicken breast arrived-raw. Waiter went to take away again and we said forget it-our daughter eat the chips! Got our daughter's that night meal removed from bill on booking out.
Staff were friendly and we felt sure that any other time hotel would be ok to stay. However, on our experience we would not book here again.

Nice, comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. The room was very clean and had a nice view of the garden area and the mountains. It's on the highway just before entering Puigcerda but it's a short drive into the city center.
