Hôtel agréable et situé dans un endroit très joli

Très bel endroit

Cons:

Le restaurant. Le poisson est surgelé es Espagne semble-t-il, nous avons dû le renvoyer 2 fois car pas décongelé !

Vi ville se på stjärnorna men maskinen fungerade inte.. Lyhörda rum. Önskat större utbud av maten i restaurangen./enklare rätter. Balkonggolvet obehagligt att vistas på.. Önskat att det fanns balkongmöbler.. Dålig wifi. Saknade vattenkokare. Ingen möjlighet att tända lysrören i garderoben.

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, es perfecto. Te despiertas por la mañana escuchando pájaros y naturaleza en un paraje envidiable, por la noche las ranas amenizan las preciosas estrellas que se ven. La arquitectura es preciosa y decorada con mucho gusto y delicadeza. La cama increíblemente cómoda.El personal muy muy amable, siempre atendiendo con mucho gusto

Cons:

El baño de la habitación olía realmente mal si no circulaba el agua, no me gusta comentar estás cosas ya que entiendo que es un tema de hacer una reparación y es muy probable que no puedan hacer nada en mi estancia para mejorarlo, pero la verdad que todo el hotel, en especial el baño, necesitan muuucho mantenimiento. Es una pena, porque el hotel está perfecto y con muy poco seguro estará solucionado

Muchas estrellas para tan poco universo
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable.
La habitación normal y se escucha muchísimo el exterior y también otros huéspedes en sus habitaciones.
El desayuno muy justo , regular en calidad y variedad y la carta de la cena cara y platos pequeños y poco sabor .

Great Views - Disappointing Food
Pros:

Location was excellent. Lovely shower with lots of hot water. Room size was good. Very clean room. Had two single beds that were very large. Breakfast was a good selection.

Cons:

No tea making facilities. Only given water for one night (stayed 3 nights). Fridge needed cleaning. Restaurant didn't open until 8.30pm. We booked for B&B plus evening meal. The hot section for breakfast looked very unappetising. Given a set 3 course menu for evening meal with no price, choice of 4 items per section which was fine. Had this for 2 evenings, cancelling the 3rd night. Food was tasteless, bland, lukewarm served on cold plates. The balcony wasn't usability other than to stand on as the base was a metal grill with very large holes that chair legs would fall through. TV was only in Spanish & WiFi was hit & miss. No light in the wardrobe.

Excelente ubicación pero con bastantes detalles a mejorar.
Pros:

Hotel tranquilo en una ubicación privilegiada del Parque Nacional de Monfragüe, a pocos Km de las rutas y puntos de interés. El personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel está reformado con gusto y con inversión, pero el exterior choca un poco con ciertos detalles que son muy antiguos y deficientes en el interior (el secador de pelo y el mobiliario de la habitación son de la postguerra, el papel higiénico de la peor calidad que existe, toallas muy pequeñas, los colchones algo hundidos, las paredes son de papel, la diana se cae a cachos...). Por el precio de la estancia creo que se debería invertir un poco en mejorar el ocio y confort.

Remanso de paz en la naturaleza
Pros:

Está en medio de la dehesa de Monfragüe, rodeado de aves, ganado y el firmamento por las noches. Silencio máximo por las noches. Está construido con materiales naturales, y se integra muy bien en la naturaleza. El comedor tiene muy buenas vistas al campo, y la cocina es buena. Camas muy conformables, y buena ducha.

Cons:

Sin poder generalizar, algunos empleados podrían hacer un esfuerzo de amabilidad. No valoro el desayuno (sólo sirven el buffet), pues no somos de hacerlo opíparamente, por lo que nos acercamos al pueblo (a 1 km) y desayunamos lo que habitualmente tomamos (en Hotel Carvajal: 13 €; en la Hospedería nos habría costado 36 €).

Desconexión total
Pros:

Sitio espectacular , personal super amable y atento.
Tanto el desayuno como la comida estuvo muy bien

Cons:

Los detalles en la habitación.
La TV estaba ubicada a un lado que no se veía nada cómoda desde la cama .
Y por otro lado el enchufe y el cable de la TV que estaba conectada por una alargadera blanca que estaba muy visible y no pega nada para la decoración tan bonita que tiene la habitación por dentro
