Sauberes Hotel in sehr verkehrsgünstiger Lage, allerdings für die Leistung inkl. Frühstück zu teuer.
Pros:

Insgesamt machte das Hotel einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Lage zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Stachus ist sehr zentral; die gesamte Münchener Innenstadt (Einkauf, Museumsviertel, Schwabing, Englischer Garten) lässt sich so fußläufig gut erreichen und von beiden Stationen ist der ÖPNV (sowie vom HBF der Fernverkehr) gut erreichbar. Allerdings ist diese Lage in schmuddeliger und lauter Umgebung etwas abtörnend.
Frühstück mussten wir extra zahlen, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, was auch ohne Frühstück schon grenzwertig ist, ins Negative geführt hat.
Der Frühstücksaum war großzügig, aber leider außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten verschlossen. Das Frühstück war gut und die Auswahl zufriedenstellend, es wurden immer wieder Zutaten nachgelegt.
Die Alternative: tägliche Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel vs. ein Gratis-Getränk pro Person und Tag (Wasser oder Bier) fanden wir gut, wurde als Umweltschutzmaßnahme angeboten.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren bequem.
Die Wände waren ohne "kitschige" Bilder oder sonstige unnötige Verzierungen.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Bades war sehr unkomfortabel. Die Eingangsschiebetür bestand nur aus einer Platte und hatte keine Griffmulden, ließ sich deshalb von innen nicht öffnen. Es gab keinerlei Haken und Ablagen für Utensilien, wir wussten nicht wohin mit Zahnbürsten, Kosmetikartikeln, Kosmetikbeuteln und Handtüchern, es gab auch keine Handtuchhalter, einzig und allein ein schon angerosteter Handtuchtrockner, für 4 Handtücher zu wenig. Unsere Kosmetikbeutel standen auf dem Boden, und auch die ausgepackten Kosmetikartikel. Es gab keine Becher oder Gläser für Zahnbürsten, diese mussten wir nach Gebrauch jeweils wieder in die Hülsen und in die Kosmetiktaschen stopfen.
Im Zimmer zu wenig Ablage und Bügel für Kleidung. Es fehlten auch hier Garderoben-Aufhänger. Die Arbeitsplatte in einer Nische war so schmal, dass dort jemand, der am Laptop arbeitet, nicht mal seine Ellenbogen ausbreiten kann. Es gab nur auf einer Seite eine Ablage neben dem Doppelbett. Auf der anderen Seite war nur ein Sitzhocker, auf dem man zwar ein Buch und/oder Handy ablegen kann, aber kein Trinkgefäß.
Es fehlten auch Trinkgläser.
Die Aussicht zum Hof war sehr eingeschränkt, auf eine Feuertreppe vor dem Fenster.
An der Wand gegenüber dem Fußende der Betten hing ein angekippter Fernseher, wodurch der Durchgang zum fensterseitigen Bett verschmälert und erschwert wurde.
