Pros:

Localização. Tudo bem próximo. Restaurantes, cafés, tudo muito perto.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com o estacionamento. Não conseguiamos pagar pra poder entrar no estacionamento e pegar o carro. Perdemos mais de uma hora. Mas um recepcionista do hotel conseguiu nos ajudar e tudo bem.

freundliche Putzkraft, gute Lage, sehr angenehmes Bett...

Cons:

unsympathisches Personal am empfang, Zimmer eher in die Jahre gekommen, Flecke auf der Couch, Badezimmer Tür...

Je recommande !
Pros:

Très bien et correspondant à ce qui était annoncé, en revanche, mon évier était bouché et le personnel n’a pas réussi à le débloquer. Je n’ai donc pas pu l’utiliser.
En dépit de cela, tout le reste était très bien !

Clean room, facilities worked, near by public transportation, friendly staff. Generally a good vibe.

Cons:

Noise. If it wasn't the trams going by outside (I had a room with a window facing the street) then it was the other guests having sex in their rooms. Earplugs helped tremendously, though.

Für 2 oder 3 Nächte kann man das machen. Nicht für länger.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top. Personal hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden auch jeden Tag gereinigt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Kein Kleiderschrank. Die Matratzen so weich, das man durchhängt.
Die Kopfkissen unmöglich. Nach einen Nacht Nackenschmerzen. Als Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen nicht geeignet.

Extremely practical for train travellers
Pros:

Very close to Munich Hbf, especially easy if using the underpass. The station is still going through renovation (April 2026) but signs are clear. Tidy, no-faff 24/7 reception, helpful staff. Very practical and fresh room layout, very clean. Clever small tables, practical open wardrobe, good lighting, good blackout curtains and window. Refreshing, comfortable stay, perfect for early train connections. Short walk to city centre in the other direction.

Cons:

Perhaps a few more clothes hangers please. No kettle in the room, not an issue for me (lots of coffee and sandwich options at station even at 6.30 a.m.).
