We appreciated the welcome given and also being given a room with a stunning view. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Breakfasts, snacks, and evening meals were also very good. On a couple of occasions there were misunderstandings about the information given to us but the staff concerned were keen to address these and ensure that we were happy.

Saunabereich hat schon einige Jahre erlebt, entspricht absolut nicht mehr dem heutigem Standard. Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel etwarteten wir deutlich mehr.

Ένα πολύ ωραίο ξενοδοχείο, με καταπληκτική θέα στους Δολομίτες, καλόγουστο, φροντισμένο, με προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια και ωραία ατμόσφαιρα.

Le confort y est total. la nourriture délicieuse, tout le monde est attentif à votre bien-être et la vue est sublime.

This is a wonderful family run chalet hotel with fantastic views and a great kitchen! Make sure to ask for a larger room, most rooms are rather small for American standards but I do recommend this Hotel in gorgeous Madonna di Campiglio, fantastic skiing and mountain walking!

Absolutely superb! Everything from the amazing food, incredible care and service and wonderful staff could not be faulted. A gem of a hotel with breathtaking views. Loved every minute of our stay!

Hotel intimo, con poche camere, a conduzione familiare. Cucina top. Vista impagabile. Personale cortese. Camera molto spaziosa. Spa molto valida, anche se avrei gradito qualche asciugamano in piu’ (solo uno a disp. In camera). Suggerisco un piccolo intrattenimento musicale serale. Ritornero’ certamente

Ci siamo trovati molto bene sotto tutti i punti di vista: pulizia, servizi, piscina, spa, personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Abbiamo prenotato la mezza pensione e le cene sono state molto curate e di qualità.
Anche la colazione è stata ottima, varia e con dolci freschi. La posizione dell'albergo è un po' isolata ma per questo molto tranquilla e immersa nella natura. Panorama splendido

Siamo stati 3 giorni a Pasqua in questo hotel in posizione defilata rispetto al centro del paese, in mezzo alla natura. L'hotel ė molto confortevole e il servizio, allo stesso tempo familiare e professionale, di ottimo livello.
Splendida la vista dalla sala colazione, che purtroppo abbiamo potuto apprezzare solo l'ultimo giorno, causa maltempo dei giorni precedenti. La camera classic era un po' piccola, ma suggestiva in quanto mansardata. Abbiamo potuto apprezzare cene di qualità eccellente e grande disponibilità verso esigenze specifiche degli ospiti.

Soggiorno di tre giorni, hotel tranquillo con camera silenziosa e bella vista sulle Dolomiti. S.p.A tenuta con cura ed accogliente.

En fantastisk oas för de som ska åka skidor, service med shuttelbus och utmärkt förvaring. För sommarsemester där vandring ingår är det minst lika bra. Hotellet har en härlig SPA-avdelning, skön avkopplande lobby och en underbar terrass. Resturangen höll hög klass och servicen var toppen.

Um pouco distante do centro, mas possuem uma van que leva e traz do centro quando quiser. A vista do hotel é incrível.

En sagolik plats med fantastisk service, mat och omtänksamhet ifrån personalen.

Ein Geheimtipp. Sehr schöne Gegend. Über das Hotel und das Personal läßt sich nichts negatives sagen. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder.

Tutto perfetto, bellissima e spaziosa la junior suite ricevuta come upgrade gratuito, tutti cordiali e disponibili e ottima cena e colazione

Hotelli on viihtyisä, rauhallinen ja siisti. Palvelu on ystävällistä. Ihmiset ovat hyvin avuliaita. Hotelli sijaitsee 2 km Madonnan keskustasta: klo 8 - 20 välillä hotellilla on ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu Madonnan keskustaan.Kuljettaja Enzo vie ja hakee hissiasemilta. Hotellin alakerrassa on suksihuone. Kylpyosasto on pieni - erilaisia kauneushoitoja saatavilla. Ruoka hotellissa on erinomaista: suosittelen puolihoitoa. Hotellilla näyttää olevan paljon italialaisia vakioasiakkaita. Mielestäni hotelli sopii "aikuiseen makuun". Yöt hotellissa on rauhallisia: hiljaisuutta toivotaan klo 22 - 8.30 välillä.
