Perfect location near both Marble ARCH and Bond St Tube stations.
Pros:

Location to tube was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and had great towels.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction and the front desk staff were not always available. They had no city maps. The construction was MAJOR and the entire first floor was a mess. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and teh staff never alerted guests as to whether the building needed to be evacuated or not.

Cheap deal for central London due to being renovated, the room had already been done and was lovely.

A terrible experience.

First of all, only after we completed the reservation and payment were we informed that, upon arrival, there would be some minor work taking place in the hotel lobby and ground floor. In reality, however, the entire hotel was under renovation.

Nevertheless, on the first night of our stay, an unknown person knocked on our door several times at around 1:30 AM, and when I reported it to the reception the following day, they told me they knew nothing about it.

On the second night, at least all the rooms on the 5th floor (I believe the whole hotel, but I am not completely sure) were abruptly awakened and forced out of their rooms around 1:45–2:00 AM because the emergency alarm for the entire floor went off. Absolutely no explanation was given, let alone an apology.

During the day, using the elevator to go up and down was almost an impossible mission because it was nearly always occupied by construction workers loading and unloading building materials. Imagine having to climb up and down five floors on foot.

Definitely a very bad experience and not a hotel I would recommend.

We did not stay and got a refund if most of our money TBF
Pros:

Nothing - we ended up not staying there as it was a building site. We had to walk through dust and site works to get to our 4th floor room. It was a disgrace that anyone should be expected to stay at this hotel while building works weee going on.

Building site - not fit for purpose

Tesis tamamen santiye halindeydi ! Sürekli asansor tamir edileceke diyip asansorun calısmadıgı bir tatil yaptık. 4. Kata asansorsuz cıkıp inmek zprında kaldık. Ayrıca merdivenler cok dar ve zor içinde . Otel yenilenme asamasında ama kesinlikle kapatılması gerekıyordu. Boyle bir otelin su anda hizmet vemesi cok tehkikeli. Kesinlikle bizden alınan para cok yuksek ve bu santıye oteli için cok yuksek

Dirty, unsafe and want a refund

The actual room was luxurious and clean despite the rest of the chaos

Cons:

Could not believe the hotel has been left open during this level of refurbishment, totally unsafe to walk up 5 flights of stairs in the dark with no lights and we got dust over our hands from all the building dust, plus we had a ladder outside our room because it was a fire risk?!
