Excellent location and lovely spacious room. Would return once renovated!

The room was lovely and the bed very comfy

It was undergoing renovations and looked very run down also no lift to 5th floor which should be mentioned.

We did not stay and now I cannot get a full refund. Total misrepresentation of the hotel from Booking.com.
Pros:

Nothing. It was under construction. The staff smelled of cigarettes and the receptionist was dressed in jeans and trainers. The hotel was dirty. The hotel smelled bad. None of the downstairs was available to use due to the construction work being carried out. Several single men walked through the hotel while we were in the reception area. They looked shady and I felt unsafe. We left before checking in.

See above. I should have taken pictures to show just how awful it was, but I felt very uncomfortable with the staff.

Pokój był wspaniały. Wyposażenie zgodne z opisem na stronie. W pokoju czekała pyszna herbata, ale też była możliwość zrobienia kawy. Pokój bardzo czysty. Każdego dnia pracownicy dbali o czystość - wyrzucali śmieci, poprawiali łóżko itp. Do tego każdy pracownik przesympatyczny i uśmiechnięty. Służyli pomocą i nawet pytali kilkukrotnie, czy po wymeldowaniu nie chcemy zostawić walizek. Jeśli chodzi o restaurację to przepyszne jedzenie! Była już czynna. W hotelu trwa remont, lecz w żaden sposób nie przeszkadza to w pobycie. Do tego lokalizacja doskonała. Niedaleko stacja metra, a także mnóstwo sklepów m.in.: z pamiątkami. Dla osób chcących odpocząć, polecam wybranie się do Hyde Park.
