An enjoyable short break.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located for what we wanted to do.

Cons:

My wife thought the bed was uncomfortable - I didn't! She also found the heated towel rail in the bathroom made the room too hot. I was pleased the bathroom was nice and warm.

Pros:

It was in a good location for what we had planned

Cons:

The hotel was extremely difficult to find, the address says it's on the High St when it is actually behind the High St. Pm

Very convenient for us to visit a friends party in town.
Pros:

Great location for town centre. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No body wash in shower and no spare toilet roll. Aircon not working and had sign. Window has stay meaning it can only open a small amount. Cupboard smelt of damp. More lighting is needed, as too dark. Mattress was fine but saggy. Room was modern but needed refresh as lots of paint marks so a bit tatty. Fix the odd bulb that is out.

Basic room. Clean but in need of some repairs
Pros:

Location was excellent. Right on the high street with parking.

Cons:

The room was very 'tired' and shabby in the bathroom, particularly. Skirting boards need replacing and shower screen and tiles were clean but in need of replacing. The carpet in the room was particularly dirty to look at and sticky underfoot.

Pros:

Great location and parking. Rooms a good size.

Cons:

Our room key appeared to be able to open multiple rooms which is questionable. We had to move rooms twice in one night, the first time due to getting told the wrong room number (which somehow the key still opened), the second time due to really loud neighbours. It sounded like teenagers having a party in the room next to us at midnight on a Thursday. It’s a shame as the location is great but we did not have a good stay
