Free public parking is available from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. right next to the accommodation, before the entrance to the city walls.

The accommodation is clean and nicely decorated, and the room is quite spacious with a comfortable bed. Despite being close to a pub, the place remains quiet.
The restaurant is full of charm and features different areas (bar, terrace, main dining room). The service is friendly and prompt.
Parking from the accommodation is quite small and there is a fee for the day.
The carpeted floors may not be to everyone's liking. Finally, the windows aren't very soundproof, but as the area is calm, this is not an issue.

Radiators on in the room, and no adjustments available on each rad to alter temp. Unbearably hot, so we had to open all the windows and go to the reception to have them remotely adjusted at around midnight.

We had the room right above the reception desk and as this is an old building, noise was a bit of an issue, as was the very narrow stairs up to the room, which made it difficult to bring luggage up. Once in the room, however, it was all that we needed and we had a good stay. Again, our window was near one of the operational units (which was a little noisy thorughout). Nonetheless, the bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent.

I was in one of the external buildings on the third floor with no lift. Nice room when I got there though.
We were told to book dinner for 6pm at the latest so a couple that we’re going to be late ate elsewhere then, in the event, we didn’t get served all our meals until 7:45. Good food though.
Really clean hotel room, fairly spacious, few mins from castle, good breakfast and during the day / evening the pub serves food as well. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly.
