All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. Great variety of food choices for breakfast. Bedrooms clean and lovely little extras provided. Plenty of space for parking.
Very clean comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Would definitely use again if an overnight stay in this area was needed.
Put bar back in reception and serve traditional English breakfast, although the buffet breakfast was very good. No bacon or sausage served so substitutes used. We also didn't realise it had changed to an Indian restaurant.
We stayed here for 8 nights in total as we were visiting family in the area. The decor is in need of a refresh, but the room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A bottle of water was left every day, and there was a kettle with coffee/tea and biscuits. The bathroom was clean, the shower was good and there were plenty of toiletries. The towels were changed every 1/2 days. There were plenty of clothes hangers. We didn't have breakfast and we didn't try the restaurant, although the menu looked good. The hotel is well located to walk into the town and has plenty of parking. All the staff were very friendly.
It was a little hot at times as the weather was very hot, but there was a fan provided which we used a couple of nights.

Stayed here whilst attending a festival. Good location for that and the beds were comfortable. The young girl who took out breakfast orders was lovely, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Great options for a cold breakfast and hot breakfast cooked to order

Breakfast area tables could do with being cleaned don't go expecting a classic English breakfast with bacon and pork sausages it was turkey rashers and chicken sausages this should be on the description of breakfast when booking i personally wouldn't have booked breakfast knowing this though the continental was good and a good selection of cereals and toast

The room was clean and basic. Very hot in there (weather was very warm though) - a fan was provided though! It was all fine for our 1 night stay here. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine! Location for Donington was great!
The hotel seemed rather dated. It generally felt like a cheap 3 star but you get what you pay for.
