Pros:

Large Carpark

Cons:

Twin Beds were extremely past there best, so soft and unstable the whole base and mattresses moved excessively as one, never experienced anything like them..
Load music from function next to the rooms. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Bit dated but comfy & would stay again
Pros:

Very comfy bed; good shower pressure in ensuite; generous refreshments in room; great location for travelling to Dubs of Rock festival (Cattows Farm); free parking; very friendly and helpful staff who gave me solid taxi recommendations

Cons:

Bit dated and some marks on walls in the room but honestly didn’t bother me at all considering all my friends were camping at a festival and I had a clean and comfy bed and ensuite. Would be happy to stay again next year.

Could be improved
Pros:

Breakfast was good, room was basic, hotel had no facilities.

Cons:

No food or drink available on the evening we arrived. And the flower stand by the front door was full of cigarette butt's left by delivery drivers

Perfect for a one night stop over
Pros:

Upon arrival we were greeted by Yasmin who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are quite dated but very clean with comfortable beds. The shower is a step into the bath.

Cons:

The room having a shared door with the next room. Though locked, it wasn’t very peaceful due to TV sound coming through loud.

Cheap stay, nice staff but needs a lot of updating
Pros:

Staff were really lovely, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t require much from the reception team but we felt if we did need them, they would be really helpful.
The carpark was close to the hotel with plenty of space when we booked. The price was good but this I believe was to do with the quality of the rooms and decor.

Cons:

From the outside it looked disheveled and in need of updating. Stacked chairs and tables could be seen from the carpark which made me feel it was the rear end of the hotel.
I believe it had had an upgrade earlier this year according to reviews but it still looked like it needed a lot of work. Dated gloss doors and surfaces. The room we were in was dirty, dust in the bathroom and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor behind the door. Faint smell of urine when we arrived also. I noticed a cleaner using a wet wipe style (flashmop) to clean the bathroom floors and this just didn’t feel like this was enough for hotel rooms. The shower tiles were in need of a good clean or professionally replaced rather than mending by someone unskilled. The bed was wonky, head end was lower than the foot end.
We chose not to have our room cleaned throughout our stay but the cleaning staff were polite.

Cons:

Felt let down by the breakfast, if your it's your policy not to include pork please make it known as chicken sausages and turkey bacon are a poor substitute and taste awful.

Pros:

Location. Room bigger than we thought.
Ground floor room as stairs would have been a problem but id asked how many stairs there were.
They did everything to make our stay successful.
Helpful cheerful staff.
Machine to order taxi rather than having to call a cab.
Reasonable breakfast at a good price..
