Blev lidt skuffet over den manglende oplysning om prisen på morgenmaden, som i min booking ikke var inkluderet. Fik at vide, at prisen var £10, men der var en alternativ mulighed til det halve, som ikke blev oplyst, og som jeg sagtens kunne have nøjedes med.

The lounge area looks good, and clean room.

Cons:

The hotel needs some upgrades and maintenances. It was only a few degrees outside and cold inside the hotel. When we asked about it, they said they wouldn't turn the heat on until after 6 pm. Even then, the radiator in our room didn’t work at all. Additionally, the shower was leaking, which flooded the entire bathroom after use.

Very peaceful & satisfactory stay.
Pros:

The breakfast is lovely. Parking is easy.

Cons:

Water was not hot at first, we had to inform staff.
There was a light not working in our room.

It was close to where we were visiting

Cons:

Corridor to room had a strong cigarette smell. The bath had pubic hair around the sides. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of the room. The beds weren’t very stable feeling.

Disappointed with the missing bits and decor felt tired, but clean and comfy

Cons:

It says there’s a restaurant, there isn’t. It says there’s a bar, there isn’t. The shower was a dribble

The friendly helpful staff, location and food are positives. The rooms are in need of a full upgrade

Cons:

Despite improvements in communal area rooms are still quite basic. The radiator in the bathroom was not working. The communal areas can be chilly.
No bar facilities but a pop up bar is there for events which seems a contradiction if there is a no alcohol policy.
