Joli cadre, chambres bien climatisées mais accueil tres décevant
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner offrait un bon choix en quantité genereuse et la salle du petit-déjeuner est decoree avec beaucoup de goût
Le personnel du restaurant est vraiment tres aimable et sympatique

Cons:

Le personnel de reception de l hotel est peu accueillant et peu disponible car absorbé par des conversations personnelles.

Le logement est parfait mais le restaurant malheureusement n'est pas à la hauteur de l'endroit.

Good hotel with great restaurant. We will be back.
Pros:

Our second visit and it did not disappoint. Good bedroom and shower room with powerful AC. Great restaurant with interesting menu and wines. Pleasant outdoor pool.

Cons:

Some of the staff seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Always polite and friendly but somehow missing a trick occasionally

Pros:

Locatie is mooi. Personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en spreken prima Engels.

Cons:

We vinden de wijntjes, zoals we dat vaker meemaken in Frankrijk, waar de druiven min of meer achter in de tuin groeien, behoorlijk aan de prijs. In NL hebben we betere wijntjes voor minder geld. Minimaal 10,-- voor een glas, vinden we aan de prijs.
Kamer was prima, maar we vragen ons wel af of de airco in geval van echte warmte de kamer aangenaam kan koelen.

Un séjour très agréable dans un hôtel très charmant.
Pros:

L’accueil, notre chambre, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant, le lieu en général.

Cons:

Que les chiens puissent accéder dans les salles du petit déjeuner. Pas top et cela m’a un peu refroidi.
Un plus pour la piscine, un bar sur place.

Great accommodation in a tranquil setting.
Pros:

The restaurant has very limited choices on the menu & the portions are the size of a tasting menu, but quite pricey. The breakfast is good & the rooms are very comfortable with all the facilities you would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Cons:

The very minimum choice on the restaurant menu. This was our 6th visit - we just stay for 1 night to or from the Cote d'Azur. The only real negative is the limited choices in the restaurant.

Lacking flexibility and prioritisation of hotel guests

Beautiful surroundings, lovely places to walk the dog.

Cons:

Right after booking the hotel we contacted the reception for restaurant booking. We were told that the restaurant was full and they referred us to restaurants nearby, which were 15-20 minutes drive from the hotel.
To us it was unsatisfactory that the hotel does not have the flexibility to accommodate hotel guests in the restaurant, especially when the hotel is located so far away from other dining options. The restaurant staff were arrogant and impolite when we tried talking to them.
The hotel staff was kind and tried to help, and we ended up having charcuterie and cheese on our room terrace, nice, but not the gastronomic experience we are used to in Bourgogne.

Cons:

Personeel was vriendelijk maar niet professioneel. Wisten niet waar de rum stond of hoe een rum cola te maken. Kamer superklein alsook de badkamer. Bij het douchen liep het water op de grond. Het ontbijt was zijn geld niet waard.
