Pros:

The room was beautiful and the beds comfortable. The surroundings are great.

Cons:

The restaurant was very expensive with small portions. We realize that this is typical for high class restaurants but I would recommend others to chose another dining place.

Personale cordiale. Molto ben tenuto. Stanza accogliente. Colazione fantastica. Posizione a 30 minuti da diverse attrazioni/posti da visitare. Da ritornarci e tornerei assolutamente

Schlosshotel auf dem Lande bei Dijon
Pros:

Schönes historisches Schloss am Rande eines Dorfes. Wir hatten ein sehr ansprechendes Zimmer im separaten Anbau. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Regendusche. Restaurant ist gut, aber weit entfernt von irgendwelchen Sternen oder so.

Cons:

Personal war teilweise etwas überfordert. Das Haus war über Ostern ausgebucht. Pünktlich um 10 Uhr wurde das sehr gute Frühstücksbuffet ohne extra Hinweis abgeräumt.

Pros:

Lieu agréable. Dîner de qualité dont un excellent veau. Malheureusement une panne d’eau chaude et de chauffage a un peu gâché le séjour.

Pros:

De attente ontvangst voor ons hondje en de inrichting van de badkamer. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het bed was met de Franse slag opgedekt en het laken leek niet schoon. Terwijl verder alles keurig was.

Très calme mais quelque peu vétuste
Pros:

Le cadre est plaisant et surtout au calme. Aucun bruit ne vient vous déranger. Le personnel est aimable et très disponible. La chambre était propre, avec vue sur le parc. Enfin au petit déjeuner les produits étaient variés et avaient du goût. Pour les amateurs, le restaurant de l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté, j'ai apprécié l'attention du personnel, à défaut d'avoir été transporté par le dîner.

Cons:

J'ai trouvé quelques défauts qui font que l'on peux passer pour un pénible insatisfait, comme des impacts ou des traces noires contre le mur, repeindre le tout ne devrait pas être si difficile. Par contre, ce que je n'ai pas du tout apprécié est le manque d'eau chaude. J'avoue n'avoir jamais vécu ça auparavant, mais là pas de doute c'était le cas. Au début j'ai pensé que je ne comprenais pas le fonctionnement de la douche, après plusieurs tentatives dans tous les sens je n'avais toujours pas d'eau chaude. Froide et uniquement froide. Mais lorsque j'ai testé le robinet du lavabo le doute n'était plus possible, l'eau restait froide. Avec le souvenir du temps passé au Service militaire je m'en suis contenté mais c'est plutôt ennuyeux dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Établissement et prestations de qualité
Pros:

Établissement très calme dans lequel nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Très bon repas, excellent petit déjeuner et très bon moment passé à jouer au billard !
