Cons:

Une expérience très décevante : accueil froid, personnel dépourvu de chaleur et de sens du service, et literie indigne d’un établissement hôtelier de ce standing. Un matelas déformé qui provoque des douleurs au dos au réveil est tout simplement inacceptable. Le rapport entre les prestations et les attentes est loin d’être au rendez-vous. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

Very noce and confortable
Pros:

The king room is very nice, we loved the terrace in front and the easy access to the garden for our dog. The room was very confortable and the bathroom very nice.

Cons:

The restaurant, although the food was delicious, the portion were very small for the price we paid and not the best setting for people with kids. The second thing was it was very cold in our room during the night and the heating was off.

The location and the chateau are beautiful, very elegant with being an old style chateau. Lovely and peaceful surroundings. Free type 2 EV charging points, rooms are very tall and airy with AC in them.
All in all it was a pleasant experience but not outstanding.

Cons:

Glad we didn't pay for breakfast and dinner all week as for £22 pp for breakfast daily, there wasn't a lot to offer, some kind of sausage, bacon? And scrambled egg was only hot food available when we had it on our last day. Plenty of pastries to have but didn't feel very fresh. Would have loved to use the on site dining restaurant but found it was a limited menu of mainly fish based of which my wife doesn't like, there was 1 duck option on there. Reading reviews and a lot of people stated that it was ok food but small portions and a bit expensive.
The EV charging points are 1st come 1st served, which in its self isn't a problem, its just some guests were leaving there cars plugged in all day despite them being fully charged. When you check in and mention the chargers, they remind you that if you could unplug it as soon as its charged so other people can use them.

Cons:

En arrivant à 17 h, notre chambre n'était pas prête. On aurait pu nous proposer un verre, mais rien, et la personne de l’accueil n’est pas venue nous dire quand elles étaient prêtes.
À la fin de notre petit-déjeuner, vers 9 h 45, nous avions déjà les femmes de ménage qui attendaient pour faire notre chambre, et notre départ était prévu pour 11 h. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception à la remise des clés, mais rien ne s’est passé. Dommage, car nous aurions bien profité encore un peu pour une ballade dans le jardin.
