Chalet al Lago

Very nice but a weird property. The location is stunning, the rooms are large and comfortable but the building is strange. We got there and the front door was locked. Had to find the side door to the kitchen. The main floor has a beautiful dining room but they only seem to use that for functions. So you go down to the ground floor -fine. It was warm so we tried to adjust the temp. Unit was dead so I asked the desk for new batteries. One of the staff came and told me it was not a thermostat. Hmmm. Right as you enter the room, above the power switches, a display with up and down arrows. If that wasn't a thermostat what was it? Draw bridge? We made do. It's also a little tricky to get to. Beautiful spot but not sure we'd do it again.

The property is located in an extremely beautiful location on the banks of a small and beautiful lake, surrounded by the view of the mighty Dolomites on all four sides. The staff and the rooms are also very good with great amenities.

Personnel accueillant, serviable. Propre et bien situé. Très bon petit déjeuner. Séjour parfait.

It’s a great location for families with kids, the lake is behind the lodge with walking trails and nearby parks. Our room was in good condition but it was hot, next day the staff brought a fan and that was so much better. Great staff.

They changed us last minute to another hotel 10 min further.

O hotel é confortável, mas fomos fora de temporada e tudo ao redor estava fechado. Um grande destaque é o café da manhã, que tem o melhor croissant que eu já comi

Hotel sem infraestrutura para o atendimento aos hóspedes. Não possui elevador, necessário carregar as malas pela escada. Café da manhã mínimo indispensável. Staff com dificuldade de comunicação.

Excelente atendimento do staff. Estadia seria perfeita se não fosse pela qualidade do conchão, que não era bom (acordava quebrado) e pelo calor do quarto, pelo menos neste período que estive lá.

Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Un lugar muy tranquilo.

-Le tarif reste excessif par rapport aux prestations, on paie le cadre du chalet sur le lac et des dolomites

Beautiful and quiet little spot in the Dolomites. We only stayed 1 night but we enjoyed the lake and surrounding peaceful area. The breakfast was great and staff helpful.

The only cons : be aware that Expedia doesn't say the check in times correctly. you can't check in until 5:30 because there is no one there but it says check in from 2. one side of our double bed/ mattress was pretty saggy. The other side was fine. Everything else was great!

Le colazioni erano pessime, la camera strettissima, non c’era nemmeno un frigobar in stanza, se avevi bisogno di qual cosa la reception la si trovava chiusa e dovevi telefonare perché arrivasse, una cosa stranissima che questo albergo aveva un giorno di chiusura.
Non ritengo un 3 stelle questo albergo.

A experiência no chalet et lago foi interessante, situa-se numa região isolada de uma cidade pequena, onde se pode desfrutar de muita tranquilidade. O entorno é de uma beleza indescritível, com as montanhas ao redor. As acomodações pequenas mas confortáveis. O restaurante/pizzeria é muito bom, com staff sempre gentil e solicito. Apenas o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado.

Semplicemente fantastico, grazie mille a tutti.
