Parador offered everything I hoped for, in a great location, exceptional comfortable accomodation
Pros:

The Parador is in an excellent location close to many historic sites. I had a very comfortable double superior room overlooking the gardens. The gardens and Parador are undergoing some restoration but did not spoil my stay at all. The room was quiet, spacious and warm, much appreciated during the cold month of March! Breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive cold buffet plus a menu of hot dishes cooked to order at no additional cost to the breakfast price. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely cosy stay in historic building
Pros:

The bedroom was a very good size, with a nice sofa and relaxing area. It was great to have doors opening on to the garden, although the room was on the 1st floor. The bed was very comfortable with nice quality sheets. The wooden shutters make it very dark and it's so quiet so perfect for sleeping. The bathroom was also a good size with a shower over the bath. There was a wand or ceiling shower option. Toiletries were provided including conditioner. There were large cupboards with some full length hanging space and a safe. There was a desk if you wanted to work in the room. We hadn't booked the breakfast, but paid 20 euros each day for the buffet. You can also chose individual items which are separately priced. The staff offered coffee and there was a choice of several hot items, eggs bacon, tortilla etc included in the price. There was a great selection of cheese, meats, fruit. There was a nice selection of breads as well as little pots of jam and honey. A choice of pastries were too tempting every day! There was fresh orange juice as well as other bottled juices and even cava available. I had the decaffeinated coffee from the capsule machine as I found the fresh coffee too strong for me. We had the breakfast all 3 days of our stay because it was so good, but also there was not many other places open here in March. It is a lovely historic building and in a good position near the walls. We also enjoyed the bar service during our stay, and thought the prices very reasonable. We had one meal in the dining room and everything we ate was very good.

Cons:

Id say there isn't much choice of other cafes around the Parador itself,but the food they serve was good value and great quality. Unfortunately there is working going on to the garden, so we couldn't go out there during our stay and it is likely to be going on for some time. I don't drink tea, but there were no tea options on the buffet, although perhaps they would be available if you asked the staff.

Céntrico y cómodo para visitar la ciudad.
Pros:

Ubicación estupenda, no tomamos desayuno, así que no puedo opinar. La atención en recepción inmejorable, muy amables en los dos turnos que nos tocaron.

Cons:

Como casi todos los paradores, necesitan mejora en el mobiliario de las habitaciones.
El escritorio y el mueble donde está el frigorífico, están bastante viejecitos.

Beautiful building, with excellent accommodation, staff and location in the fascinating city
Pros:

Great central location, lovely building though some renovations underway. Staff were delightful and very helpful. They had reserved parking at the outdoor electric chargers for us as well as a space in their underground parking. Excellent service.
