Parador De Vic Sau

Beautiful property in an amazing setting. high quality towels, linen. Beds a bit hard and pillows not too comfortable. The only thing that truly bothered me was the fact that we did not want breakfast, only coffee ( that we would have paid for anyway) and the person managing the breakfast area said we would have to wait until the bar would open at 11 am so we could get coffee, when there was a perfectly working coffee maker in the breakfast area.
Otherwise, the beauty of the surrounding area makes up for the lack of customer service for that one gentleman.

Unglaublich tolle Lage und sehr angenehme Location, wunderschöne Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Empfang sehr freundlich, nur beim Frühstücksbuffet hätte das Personal etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Ansonsten alles spitze!

We had an upgraded room which gave us a wonderful view. Not for you if you want disco and nightlife. Great if you like the outdoors and peace and quiet.

Beautiful views from the property can't be beat. The dining area seemed a little sanitized. needs to be painted and warmed up a little to make this place cozy

Staff very friendly and hotel was beautiful

The Hotel was good. The dinner restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was disappointing. No facilities in the rooms to make beverages. The beds were too hard, so did not manage to sleep very well. Nobody asked us if we had enjoyed our stay, which was unusual. Spectacular views.

Fabulous stay - everything was awesome - food, staff, room, pool, grounds - weather :)

las vistas, la ubicacion, la piscina, el espacio exterior , todo esto bien, pero por dentro le falta una actualizacion de punta a punta del hotel, desde el hall, las habitaciones, quitar moquetas.... en fin, como anclado en los 80. la cafeteria muy muy justa, el servicio normal, pero la imagen interior, incluso los uniformes de los camareros.. necesita un formateo

Heel mooi hotel, prachtig uitzicht op stuwmeer. Mooie kamer met goed bed. Goed restaurant.

Magnifique bâtiment bien entretenu avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.
Nous avons très bien mangé avec une carte aux très abordables.

Tres bel endroit avec un personnel tres a l ecoute A recommande vivement De plus la cuisine est inventive et tres bonne (qualite et quantite) En prime la region est tres interressante meme s il faut parfois chercher des routes plus faciles meme si elles sont plus longues

el personal tanto recepcion,cafeteria,comerdor , un 10. en cuanto a la habitacion el baño obstruido no salia el agua mas a mas no funcionaba la ducha, las picas tambien estaban obstruidas a penas salia el agua , es estraño que tdo un parador y 4 estrellas haya esta dejadez.

The location was the primary attraction. Building is very nice but remote.

Situado en un paraje increíble frente al pantano de Sau las nubes cada día bajan y por la mañana dibujan distintas formas. Naturaleza viva. Habitaciones grandes, con todo lo necesario pero sin recrearse en excesos. Limpias. Baño generoso. Y un personal que se desvive por ayudarte. Una mención especial al camarero del Bufet que se ofreció a cocinar cualquier cosa ya que veía que desayunábamos poco al estar mi señora indispuesta. Respecto a la decoración general es sobria y clásica pero a la vez elegante. En seguida te das cuenta que allí se han producido hechos relevantes como la firma del primer estatut de Catalunya.
Un lugar para el descanso, la meditación y si quieres el deporte o actividades en el exterior. Dotado de piscina junto al pantano y a los pies del parador y a pocos minutos de Vic. Volveremos sin prisas para disfrutarlo.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff friendly, however the pool closed for the season the day before we arrived without notification. This was one of the reasons for us choosing the hotel so it was a big disappointment.
