Die Inneneinrichtung, das Essen und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war fast nicht zu finden. Die Richtung der bestehenden Wegweiser war oft nicht klar, die markierte Zufahrt war durch einen grossen Blumentopf versperrt
Wir haben dann das Auto stehen lassen und den Weg zu Fuss gesucht.
Nach Auskunft an der Reception ist das ein allgemeines Problem die Zufahrt zu finden.

Buena estancia en Santo Domingo de la Calzada
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, está todo extremadamente limpio, el desayuno es muy bueno, ubicado en la misma plaza que la Catedral. El edificio es precioso.

Cons:

Teníamos media pensión y en la cena el segundo plato tardó. muchísimo en salir, tuvieron un detalle con nosotros al final pero la verdad que cuando llegó ya no teníamos hambre, una pena. Poco aislamiento, por la noche y por la mañana se oían muchos ruidos.

Amazing decor and ambience. Generous public spaces.
Pros:

The interior of building was outstanding.

Cons:

Carparking. The roadway into paradore was closed but there weren't any signs redirecting us or those queued behind us.

Un check-in extremadamente largo. Nos dieron dos habitaciones supuestamente contiguas (118/119) y parad ir de una a otra debíamos pasar por planta baja.

The building and history. Plus the centre ville area. Reception staff very good and helpful

Cons:

Restaurant lacked ambience, though functional, dinner consistent as with all Paradores. Breakfast OK, but please better cereal choices: granola etc. Not kellogs packets
