Quite poor really
Pros:

Car parking was easy and the aircon worked.

Cons:

The hotel is quite small.The photos are very misleading.There is a lack of communal space and it feels very cramped especially the bar area and the outside space.

Bien placé pour visiter les vignobles de la région et au calme.
Pros:

Bon emplacement pour la visite à Bages et aux vignobles de St Estèphe. Bon restaurant aussi pour le dîner. Parking très facile en face de l'hôtel et gratuit. Quartier calme.

Cons:

La décoration de l'accueil pourrait être améliorée pour être plus au goût du jour mais ça reste un hôtel très agréable avec des chambres confortables et un bon service.

Great location for wine tasting in the region and great value after the renovations
Pros:

Very friendly service, comfortable bed and pillows. and good breakfast.

Cons:

Phone in the room didn't work. Aircon could only go to 22 degrees, not cold enough for comfortable sleep so we had to use our own fan as well.

Fijn hotel tussen de wijnhuizen
Pros:

Het is een statige hotelfacade met annex, o.a. mooi terras aan binnentuin en - zwembad gelegen tegenover de Gironde. In de buurt zijn tal beroemde wijnhuizen zoals chateau Latour, Mouton Rothschild uit Paulliac.
Het personeel van hotel is supervriendelijk en professioneel. Het restaurant is een aanrader.

Hôtel très agréable bien placé
Le petit déjeuner est bien varié
La piscine est couverte et très jolie

Cons:

Il y a un salon de massage mais il faut réserver très longtemps à l'avance. Dommage pour nous qui avons réservé juste pour un week-end

Bien placé pour visiter la région
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé sur les quais de Pauillac, avec parking juste devant. Restaurant très agréable avec terrasse dans cour intérieure arborée pour prendre l'apéritif le soir. Service agréable.

A pleasant stay
Pros:

A lovely hotel with a well appointed bedroom and comfortable bed. Our room faced the Gironde, but it also faced a road with traffic from early morning. Breakfast was excellent .
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay in an excellent location and good value.
Pros:

Convenient to get to from Bordeaux airport and the for our onward journey to near Bergerac. Provided a room suitable for a disabled person and attended to our needs food was good both at breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

On street parking but relatively easy to access beer to the hotel.
