À recommander et à vivre.
Pros:

Superbe bâtisse avec des chambres vastes et optimisées. Calme absolu et belle décoration.

Cons:

Nous n’avons rien à reprocher. Lieu qui redore enfin la ville de Pauillac, qui mérite un hôtel digne de ce nom.

Pros:

personnel vraiment accueillant et professionnel, repas de bonne qualité et spa très qualitatif. Chambre confort spacieuse pour 2.

Cons:

la literie est vraiment trop ferme, impossible de dormir sur le coté ce qui est le gros point noir.

A recommander pour le séjour (chambre très confortable-belle piscine) mais à éviter pour les repas.

Petit déjeuner de qualité

Cons:

Malheureusement, quelques "mesquineries" gâchent le séjour: devoir demander quelques biscuits salés avec l'apéritif ou second café au petit déjeuner; un débit d'eau limité dans la douche et dans le lavabo, les dosettes de café à 1.50€ au delà de 2/jour.
De même au restaurant, impression mitigée malgré des plats de grande qualité gustative (menu) mais... attente d'une heure entre la commande et le service du premier plat...

Cons:

Lo frias que estaban las habitaciones y la zona del desayuno y el hall, había mantas para los clientes, qué hotel tiene mantas para los clientes en un sitio cerrado?Muy poco acogedor, y la limpieza de las habitaciones pésima. El personal del hotel nada agradable y casi ninguno hablaba inglés.

Good stay
Pros:

Good stay - was only meant to be for one night but ended up being 3 nights due to my partner contracting a gastric flu bug elsewhere in our trip a few days previously and not being able to carry on our road trip as too unwell.
All the staff were great but a big shout out especially to the cleaning ladies who were exceptionally lovely - came to bring us extra supplies regularly once they knew someone was unwell - loo rolls, water , towels, extra pillows etc
I can vouch for a good helpful chemist nearby too !
There is a small indoor pool - It would have taken 3 strokes to reach the end so I didn't bother but I did use the gym twice - mainly because I was bored with a poorly partner but also New Year resolutions and all that ! It was good .
Also lovely strolls along the river side path.
