Das Frühstück war hervorragend.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön, bequeme Sessel und viel Platz. Die tiefen Fenster haben uns auch gut gefallen.

Cons:

Am Sonntag hätte der Frühstücks-Service besser sein können, z.B. wurde nicht gefragt, ob wir Eier oder eine zweite Tasse Kaffee möchten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste zu dieser Zeit waren.

Unexpectedly good - I hope to return!
Pros:

An unexpectedly good hotel high up in the eastern Swiss Alps. Comfortable room, lovely helpful staff, a good spa, a comfortable bar and lounge and excellent restaurant food. I'll be very happy to return when I am next in the region.

Cons:

My only minor grumble is that, for me, my bedroom was too dark. The lighting was all of the modern "atmospheric" sort - lots of side lights but nothing that flooded the room with bright light. When combined with the extent of (very attractive) wood panelling this meant that the room was in semi-darkness even when all the lights were on.

Tolles Hotel in einem sehr schönen, gemütlichen Ort, ideal für Winterferien
Pros:

Optimale Lage für sämtliche Wintersportaktivitäten und 50m zur Bushaltestelle. Grosses, renoviertes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal.

Cons:

Der renovierte Altbau-Teil des Hotels verfügt über keinen Lift. Vom Skiraum bis Zimmer in der obersten Etage sind es vier Treppen.
