Pros:

Top Lage im Zentrum von Klosters Platz, nahe an der Gottachna Talstation und dem Bahnhof. Super freundlich, leckere Küche, Hallenbad, Sauna und Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel hat ein umfassende Modernisierung nötig.

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. „Miefige“ und nicht komfortable Hotelzimmer. Wir hatten ein renoviertes und ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Das renovierte Zimmer war unter der Dachschräge, wo man kaum aufrecht stehen konnte. Zudem hatte es einen fast nicht auszuhaltenden Geruch im Zimmer. Schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Hat alles gepasst, solange man keinen Wellnessurlaub plant.
Pros:

Guter Preis für die Region und Ausstattung. Frühstück sehr vielseitig.

Cons:

Wellnessbereich etwas verschachtelt. Die FKK Sauna haben wir erst spät entdeckt. Für die Liege muss man den FKK Bereich verlassen. Naja, was man dann unter dem Bademantel an hat interessiert dann wohl niemanden. In den Whirlpool kommt man aber nur mit Badehose.

Mehr Glück als Verstand!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ansprechend, mit viel Arvenholz und Schmiedeisengeländern ausgestattet. Vor dem Hotel ein kleiner Park, wo man den Hund ausführen kann. Im Zimmer war ein Hundebett, Wasser und ein gefüllter Hundenapf bereitgestellt.
Das Nachtessen und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir haben ein rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer gebucht. Mein Mann (Rollstuhlfahrer)? konnte aber die Dusche nicht benutzen, da die Türe ins Bad gegen innen aufgeht und so den Eingang zur Dusche versperrt. Zudem hatte die Dusche eine ca. 15cm hohe Stufe und zuwenig Haltegriffe.
Am späten Abwnd ging der Feueralarm los. Ich rief die Reseption an. Da wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass alles Gut sei. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten Alarm wollte ich noch einmal anrufen. Der Receptionist meldete sich nicht mehr.
So zog ich Hose und Schuhe an um mich persönlich an der Reception zu vergewissern, dass keine Gefahr besteht. Ich benutzte den Notausgang und landete so hinter dem Hotel, unterhalb eine steilen Hügels. Es gab keinen Anderen Weg, als den Hügel hinauf zu klettern (ohne Licht) und einen Weg um ein Einfamilienhaus herum zu suchen, um im Pijamaobrteil (es war kalt draussen) zur Vorderseite des Hotels zu gelangen.
Da standen zwei Feuerwehrautos, die Polizei war da und einige Hotelgäste, in Wolldecken eingewickelt.
In der Tiefgarage war ein Brand ausgebrochen.
Der zum Glück unter Kontrolle gebracht werden konnte.
Fazit: Die Gäste wurden nicht informiert.
Der Weg vom Notausgang der hinteren Zimmer wäre für alte-, und gehbehinderte Menschen nicht zu überwinden.
Eine Beleuchtung fehlt.
Mein Mann im Rollstuhl hätte auf dee Hinterseite des Hotelsm direkt am Hügel von der Feuerwehr nicht gerettet werden können.
Das Notfallkonzept des Hotels muss dringend überarbeitet werden!
