Pros:

Der Aufenthalt im See- und Seminarhotel FloraAlpina war wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr ruhigen und wunderschönen Ort mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf den See und die Berge. Obwohl wir ursprünglich kein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht hatten, hatten wir tatsächlich einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See – das war eine sehr schöne Überraschung.
Die Zimmer sind warm, geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Man merkt, dass im Hotel alles gut durchdacht ist. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Shuttle-Bus, der Gäste bequem hin und zurück bringt – damit hatten wir ehrlich gesagt gar nicht gerechnet.
Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut – das Essen war wirklich lecker und von hoher Qualität. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich, ruhig und äußerst höflich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Der Spa-Bereich ist auch großartig: schöne Saunen, ein Ruhebereich, ein Außenpool und eine sehr gute finnische Sauna. Außerdem gibt es frisches Quellwasser, das man kostenlos trinken kann – eine tolle Idee.
Insgesamt ein wunderbares, ruhiges Hotel mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Für den Preis ist es wirklich ein ausgezeichnetes Angebot. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hoffentlich wieder einmal!
Pros:

Dass die Buslinie zwischen Küsnacht und Brunnen alle halbe Stunde / in beide Richtungen / bis spät abends verkehrt.
Das Haus hat einen etwas ältlichen Charme - aber man sieht, dass laufend investiert wird. Ausserdem sind die Räumlichkeiten sehr grosszügig konzipiert, das war sehr angenehm. Und die Aussicht ist natürlich genial, bei jedem Wetter. (Ausser vielleicht bei ganz dichtem Nebel...)

Cons:

Die Ausschilderung zur Aussensauna fehlte - dafür hatte ich sie ganz alleine nachdem ich sie gefunden hatte.:-)
Eine Uhr im Wellnessbereichbereich wäre sehr hilfreiche, ausserdem vermisste ich klare Informationen über die Saunaregeln.

Lively stay in a quiet location surrounded by the silence of nature
Pros:

Staff is extremely kind, helpful and polite. The location is great, if one wants a quiet and peaceful escape. The spa area is small but well curated, breakfast was complete and generous.

Will definitely come back again!
Pros:

This property exceeds our expectations! It was listed as a 3-star hotel, but service is definitely 4-star!

+ Services: We stayed there during NYE with our dogs (frenchie & bichon) to get away from the fireworks. Although the reception was already closed when we arrived late at 9:30PM, but the restaurant staff helped us to check-in. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant, breakfast was good, and NYE dinner at the restaurant was lovely. Overall, a very dog-friendly hotel!

+ Room: The in-room temperature was very comfortable, food bowls and blankets were placed in the room for our dogs, bed and pillows were very comfortable!

+ Parking and outdoors: Free parking onsite, and plenty of outdoor/grass areas for our dogs to run around.

Cons:

The hotel signage and the junction from the main road to the hotel was not very clear especially late at night with limited street lights — we missed a turning since we were not familiar with the area.

Ein toller Aufenthalt an einem sensationellen Ort, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz mitgemacht hat.
Pros:

Sensationelle Lage und tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Schöner kleiner Wellnessbereich. Die vorhandene Ladestation ist erfreulich. Auch das Restaurant hat vollumfänglich gefallen.

Cons:

Die zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten waren etwas störend. Das Gebäude sieht von aussen etwas alt aus. Ebenso sind die Aufzüge alt. Beim Nachtessen kam kurzfristig ein schlechter Geschmack auf. Es roch nach Toilette. Wir konnten nicht eruieren, woher das kam.

Unexpected great surprise!
Pros:

The view was gorgeous and the staff, SO NICE AND EXCEPTIONAL! I called to ask what was the best way to get there, and they said they would come to get me! In 5 minutes a van arrived to take me to the hotel. I also had a beautiful dinner. Everything was unexpected and delightful.

Cons:

It was a bit of a way from the boat dock for someone walking.
