James bond-like hotel with amazing views.
Pros:

The location is absolutely stunning. The rooms are nice and clean, and you should 100% pay a little extra for the lake views.

Cons:

The food was expensive and very salty. I guess that combination happens often in Switzerland, but it’s a bummer. The restaurant host was a lovely guy, the other staff were grumpy.

Gerne wieder, wenn hier mehr auf Pflege geachtet wird
Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich ein Geschenk. Der Garten mit dem Schwimmbad ein Ruheparadies

Cons:

Leider fehlt hier eine Person, die einen Blick auf das Ganze hat. Im Zimmer hing der Vorhang runter, die Badtüre verklemmte sich. Im Garten ist die Dusche grünlich vermost etc. Sehr schade.

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einer atemberaubenden Lage und Aussicht. Sehr höfliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Pros:

Super schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit allem drum und dran. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und es mangelt an nichts. Sehr bequeme Betten und alles super sauber.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Abendessen wirkte leicht überfordert mit der Anzahl an Gästen, war aber trotzdem stets höflich und zuvorkommend.

Incredible experience, completely exceeded my expectations!
Pros:

Wow where to start, this hotel was probably the greatest place I have ever stayed! The highlight of my stay was the beautiful unbelievable view from my room, I sat there staring for so long I was mesmerised by the gorgeous sparkling lake and the towering green lucious island right in view. Sparrows danced across my window constantly and beautiful sail boats went by quite often! At night you could see the warm lights of all the homes across the lake, it looked like stars in the night sky. The facilities (restaurant, pool, sauna and spa) were beautiful, clean and a very great touch to an already incredible hotel! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and not too expensive, the breakfast was heavenly too. The staff were accomodating of every need and the shuttle service into town was prompt, easy to take and the driver was super helpful and nice! I recommend staying here, it was worth so much more than the price they give, which is wonderful to experience in Switzerland!

Pros:

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est incroyable! Et leur restaurant excellent.

Cons:

Buffet de petit déjeuner basic. Chambre mal insonorisée (certainement dû au bâtiment) et literie pas top.
