Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.

The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

The reception area will be renovated from February to April 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.

From spring 2026, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Pros:

酒店非常NICE，带一个小阳台，可以看到美丽的景色。服务也好，地理位置优越，距离东站很近，大概400米左右，火车站门口有个COOP大超市。酒店旁边有一个滑翔伞基地。如果去少女峰，可以在东站OST，买往返的车票，比网上买便宜很多，一张票所有班次列车都可以乘坐。去少女峰可以火车上，缆车下。或者相反途径。总之，因特拉肯酒店非常好！

Zusammen mit den Lauberhornrennen und ein paar Skitage, ein genussvolles Erlebnis.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Zentral, nähe Bahnhof Ost. Gutes Frühstück! Kaum Food Waste, weil kleine Platten, die aber immer wieder aufgefüllt werden.
Restaurant Taverne im Hause: sehr gute Küche, grosse Portionen, eher gehobenes Preisniveau.

Cons:

Frühstück: Brot könnte frischer sein (nicht aufbacken, erkennt man wenn Rinde in zwei Lagen auseinanderbricht und stark "krümelt"). Warum nicht direkt vom Beck, frisch aus dem Ofen? CH-Backwaren sind weltweit bekannt und beliebt.
TV in unserem Zimmer sehr ungünstig platziert. Seitlich vom Bett, bzw. sehr weit von der Couch entfernt.
Nur einen "kleinen" Lift im Hause. Wenn das Housekeeping diesen auch noch benutzt, kann das zu längeren Wertezeiten führen (bis 5 Min.). Mögliche weitere Ursache: Handwerker waren auch noch im Hause.

Super hotel in centre of Interlaken.
Pros:

We have stayed at Hotel Interlaken before and will definitely do so again. The location is super, within walking distance to Interlaken Ost station. Lovely rooms and friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel bom, mas pode melhorar!
Pros:

- Localização excelente.
- Ótimo café da manhã.
- Boa estrutura
- vista maravilhosa

Cons:

- Restaurante fechado. Poderiam ter avisado antes de concluir a reserva.
- Quarto muito pequeno e com iluminação confusa.
- Pedi cama de casal, mas não entendi o motivo de só ter camas de solteiro.
- colchão extremamente macio. Acordava todos os dias com dores nas costas.
