Renovation Information (2026) Please note that renovation works will take place in spring 2026.
The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The reception area will be renovated from October until December 2026.
The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.
From then onwards, the hotel will operate with self check-in.
The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

A hotel with great rooms and good facilities in a first class location.
Pros:

Great rooms with air conditioning. Very clean and well appointed. Car parking was a real bonus.

Cons:

The breakfast was very average compared to similar hotels. The staff at breakfast were not as good as the reception team

Buena estancia.
Pros:

Ubicación magnífica, el hotel cumple, el personal atento y amable, el desayuno bueno, variado y abundante, realmente cumplió con lo que prometía.

Cons:

Talvez el precio esta un poco por encima a lo que realmente valdría ya que la habitación aunque no es incomoda si es bastante pequeña, aunque por ser interlaken puede ser una valor standard.

Great Experience
Pros:

We stayed for the music festival in Interlaken and wanted somewhere close to the train station so that we could get to the shuttle bus - perfect location for that and great quiet escape after a long day of music.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was delicious and the beds were very comfortable - first time I did not have any pain at a hotel. We were only at the hotel for breakfast and for sleeping so we didn't need anything else, the hotel was perfect for that. Free parking was also a nice bonus.

Helpful staff
Pros:

The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful in providing recommendations for laundry, food, transit, and helping us organize tennis for free at the clay courts in town. Our room was clean and nice. It was a short walk to the train station and there is a bus station like 10 meters from the front door.
