The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

The reception area will be renovated from February to April 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.

From spring 2026, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Would stay again
Pros:

We booked a tiny room; but to our surprise, I think we were upgraded to a bigger room, also with a nice balcony with seating and city view and we ate there every evening. Thank you! It's our second time staying there.
Clean, excellent location, bus stop just right in front that goes to Iseltwald
Hotel with a restaurant; there is also a lounge with microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and plates cutleries where we could eat there if we choose;
Reseptionists ordered breakfast take-away box for us on the night before our early morning departures and it was ready as we requested it for 06:30 am;
Excellent sandwiches.
Buffet breakfast was also good for us; there was steamed rice which I found as a surprise but loved it.
Otherwise, if you prefer English/Continental breakfast; I don't think there was enough selection when we were there..
Maybe it's different every morning. Loved the fresh made crepes and smoothies of the day
They we're cleaning the Japanese garden fish pond and redecorating the hotel outdoor frontage so I'm sure it will be excellent when it's finished.
Easy check-in as long as you do the online checkin prior to your arrival, and you can already use the digital Interlaken guestcard on your way there, you can take bus from Ost/West we took bus103; but also easy walk 7 min if you have no large luggage

Cons:

Nothing; it had what we basically need and a little more for the price we paid

Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful breakfast, lovely staff .
We were upgraded to a corner room with lovely views as the staff realised it was our honeymoon.
Room was very nice and warm with a comfortable bed, great outlook.
Japanese garden out side the window with water feature was nice too.
Just lovely.

また泊まりたいホテル
Pros:

インターラーケンOst 駅から真っ直ぐ歩いた大通り沿いなので分かりやすいです。ホテル横に日本庭園があるのも目印で迷わず着けました。

30分程早く到着しましたが、チェックインしてもらえました。フロントの方の対応が親切で良かったです。

お部屋も広く清潔で、エアコンもあり快適でした。
朝食はスイスでは珍しく白米があり、嬉しかったです。温かいおかずもあり常にスタッフの方が補充もしてくれるので、ゆっくり楽しめました。

一つ手前のインターラーケンwestは賑やかなのに対し、このホテル周辺は落ち着いた雰囲気があり良かったです。勿論west からも散歩がてら歩ける距離なので良い立地だと思いました。

一泊では勿体無いくらい良いホテルでした。

Cons:

特に無いのですが、お部屋に使い捨てスリッパがあると嬉しいなと思いました。

Um dos melhores locais pra descansar.
Pros:

Localização excelente, uma vista deslumbrante da catedral e ao fundo as montanhas congeladas, muito lindo. Não tenho o que falar do atendimento e o café da manhã que foram ótimos.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, atendeu perfeitamente.
