チェックイン前に荷物を預けたのですが、しっかり管理された部屋に置いてくださりとても安心できました。共有スペースに電子レンジがあったのもありがたかったです。英語が苦手で不安な中、日本庭園を見るだけで安心しました！！

Location is spot on, love the all coffee bar, very good staff

Cons:

They had a cooler but it weather was too hot outside and didnt have a fan when asked for. Regardless we still enjoyed our stay. Fan would have made it slightly better.
