The entrance area in front of the hotel will be renovated during spring 2026. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

The reception area will be renovated from February to April 2026. The entrance will be clearly signposted during this time.

From spring 2026, the hotel will operate with self check-in. The lobby bar will be open during the daytime, and staff will be available to assist guests if needed.

Pros:

Café da manhã fantástico, local perto da estação Interlaken OST, tudo bem limpinho e novinho. Apesar do preço elevado, valeu super a pena a estadia em uma cidade tão encantadora como Interlaken. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Excelente localização, bem próxima à estação Interlaken Ost. Fica na rua principal onde tem vários restaurantes e lojinhas.

Cons:

No primeiro dia do café-da-manhã, tinham várias mesas livres, mas a funcionária quis nos colocar numa mesa bem ao lado da bandeja de bacon e ovo de onde saía um cheiro muito forte desses alimentos. Alem de ter um pouco de sensibilidade a esses cheiros, íamos ficar com o cheiro de comida depois porque a fumaça ia bem na direção dessa mesa. Nos direcionamos então à outra mesa um pouco mais distante dessa. Nessa mesa nao tinha nenhuma placa indicando reserva. Quando estávamos chegando nela, a funcionária deu um grito falando não e disse que aquela mesa estava reservada para convidados. Ela nos colocou em outra proxima a esta e de toda forma longe do cheiro forte do Bacon e do ovo. Achei um pouco constrangedor sobretudo porque na mesa nao havia nenhuma indicação de reserva. Ela poderia ter sido um pouco mais educada. Ou talvez desde o início ter nos colocado numa mesa melhor já que haviam muitas mesas livres inclusive num salão ao lado que só vimos depois. No dia seguinte a impressão sobre ela melhorou porque ela nos atendeu de uma forma mais simpática.

Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming and service was outstanding. We really appreciated the kiosk in the lobby to purchase tickets for Jungfraujoch. It was so convenient! The breakfast buffet was delicious and very well stocked. The location is also a great perk since it’s within a short walk of the nearest train stop. We had dinner at the restaurant during our stay and the food is delicious! It doesn’t feel like it’s just “the hotel restaurant” but it’s definitely a formidable restaurant on its own. Please consider Hotel Interlaken for your trip to Switzerland. You will not be disappointed :)

駅に近く、移動が楽だった。
部屋が清潔、通りに面していたが静かだった。
レストランの食事が美味しく、盛り付けもオシャレで楽しめた。

Cons:

カードキーが効かなくて困ったことがあった。
なので何度かフロントに足を運ばなくてはならなかった。
