Pros:

All good at this hotel. The place and surroundings are quite different in a good way. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again.

Cons:

There was nothing that I did not like. I would perhaps have preferred a breakfast table by the window with a view of the mountains.

nice spacious room

Cons:

Room was dirty under the couch - bed, for the price that you pay they should vacuum under the couch as well. The water in the indoor pool was cold and the kids slide was in a different room as a standalone item not included in the pool area. Not ideal for families as people were super quiet in the bar, restaurants and even at the pool so if you have kids or babies you feel bad if they cry or raise their voice to a normal level as everyone there was whispering.

Still great, but not what it used to be
Pros:

Great sauna area, views are also amazing. Breakfast was the best part of our stay, as always.

Cons:

Somehow it seems like hotel is not what it used to be. It is still a great hotel, but not on the level of 5* stars. Compared to four years ago when I was here for the first time, the standars have gone down slightly: early check in not available, even though the hotel was not fully booked; outside pool and bathrooms showing signs of small damages on tiles and around the sink, room service menu is quite humble.
