Luxus und Qualität in den Alpen
Pros:

Das gute Essen, die schöne Lounge mit Klavier und Gesang am Abend, die Spa geräumig, sauber und modern. Unser Zimmer war eine Junior Suite mit genügend Platz und eine großzügige Terrasse.

Cons:

Die Höhe der Box-Betten ist für ältere Menschen eine Zumutung.

Erholung in einem Hotel mit Charme und Klasse
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksamer Service, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Chefin de Service aber insbesondere die braunhaarige französischsprachige Servicekraft waren hervorragend und verdienen ein besonderes Lob. Dass jemand so aufmerksam ist, dass man einen Löffel fürs Ei bringt, weil man selber nicht darauf geachtet hat einen solchen mitzubringen, ist Service auf höchstem Niveau! Auch dass beim Frühstück 2 Garnituren Messer und Gabel bereitliegen ist erwähnenswert, denn oft werden diese andernorts abgeräumt, obwohl man nur Nachschlag holen war, das passiert hier nicht.Auch das Menue am Abend im Gourmetrestaurant war Weltklasse und man hat auf unsere Vorlieben und Marotten Rücksicht genommen, auch wenn die Beleuchtung bei uns 3 mal ausgegangen ist. Dass es in dem Hotel noch live Musik gibt erinnert uns an unsere Kindheit, wo es in den Besten Hotels immer live Musik gab, kennen wir so nur noch vom Waldhotel Arosa. Diese Tradition unbedingt beibehalten; das macht die Klasse eines Hotels aus!!! Das Hotel hat Klasse und Charme, diesen bitte nicht mit einem Modernisierungsumbau zerstören!

Cons:

W-Lan im Bad war schlecht, Die Wassertemperatur innen wie aussen würden 2 Grad mehr gut vertragen. Beim Empfang in der Lobby zieht es stark. Dass man nach dem Aufdeckservice gefragt wird, hat uns erstaunt. Wir haben dann verneint, aber soetwas gehört für uns bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse ungefragt dazu! Hätte mir etwas mehr Brotauswahl beim Frühstück erwünscht (Mehr Vollkorn) und Fleischstreichwurst habe ich nicht gesehen; aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen sicher wieder.
