Buffet petit dej magnifique

Cons:

Emplacement. Un peu décentré mais ne peut être amélioré 😉.
Petit-déjeuner : Je déplore tous ces petits pots en verre de portions de beurre/confitures/bircher/
graines etc. Gaspillage de temps et d’énergie (mise en place et lavage)😡

Prima Frühstück, große Zimmer

Cons:

Kleine, meist vorhandene, Dinge wie etwas Bodylotion nach der Sauna, oder ein paar Ohrenstäbchen für nach dem Haar waschen, wäre willkommen gewesen. Da üblicherweise vorhandene, haben wir diese Dinge nicht selber mitgebracht.

A perfect spot in Grindelwald
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful one week stay at Gletschergarten! Hosts Gabriela and Gery made us feel at home in a cozy, historic hotel. The location cannot be beat - away from the center of downtown (a big plus in our opinion), with a local bus stop right outside, short ride to the First gondola, and a delicious bakery across the street. Views from our balcony (back side of the building) were gorgeous. We also enjoyed an amazing dinner next door at the Hotel Fiescherblick - opened recently by the sons of our hosts.

The place to stay in Grindelwald
Pros:

Quite simply this was a wonderful place. Cheerful hosts, good food, clean well equipped room, lounge, ticket purchasing options with knowledge advice and all in a wonderful "Swiss Chalet" environment. Family concern for many years. Home from home. However would have liked something hot for breakfast before taking on the winter world of snow etc. Porridge?
