Review of our stay
Pros:

Overall we had a wonderful time staying here. The rooms were very clean and updated, the food was great, and location couldn’t be matched. I would recommend this hotel.

That said, a few observations:
- No air-conditioning (which we were aware of. They don’t have fans for every room so be aware of this) .
-Our rooms faced the back of the property (again, our choice). At various points throughout the day, we could smell cigarette smoke in our room coming from an employee on break below. Without A/C, the windows are open and this wafts up to the room.
-We ordered pizza from TakeAway 191 on a day when it was pouring and restaurants were busy. There’s minimal counter space there to eat so we brought it back to the hotel and ate it in the lobby. Someone swiftly came in and told us this wasn’t “allowed”. Keep in mind they don’t serve lunch at Parkhotel. I’ve never been to a hotel, even a small boutique like this, where we were shunned for eating in the lobby.
-Some waitstaff seemed annoyed when guests arrived for breakfast during the lazy 30 min of service. We observed a few signs and eye rolls that were unnecessary.

Pros:

アイガービューが最高です。それだけで価値があるほどに素晴らしいバルコニーです。あと朝食、ディナー共に美味しいです。また駅から近いため、スーツケースがあっても簡単にアクセス可能です。
あと清掃も素晴らしく、バルコニーの掃除まで行ってくれます。

Cons:

仕方ないのないことですが、お向かいのサンスターホテルの照明が明るく星空は楽しめません。

Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

Compliments to the owners of Parkhotel Schoenegg. The hotel/chalet is very nice and conveniently situated. The hotel and rooms are very clean and airy. Exceptional and friendly restaurant staff, especially Melanie and Dario, who attended to us daily for breakfast and dinner. Claudia and the cleaning staff were very polite and helpful as well.

I generally stay at big American chains, but thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and its service. This was the best place I stayed at on this vacation.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, and our balcony had spectacular mountain views. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, helping us settle into the room and even pointing out the surrounding mountains from the balcony. The free shuttle service to and from the station was very convenient, even when arranged at the last minute. The spa was also lovely and a great place to relax.

The room felt a little dated and could benefit from some updating, especially considering the price

A nice traditional hotel with great staff but needs improving.
Pros:

The staff and the location. Clean and tidy rooms. Great car parking

Cons:

A very traditional hotel that needs modernity. Air conditioning and more up to date fixtures and fittings. The dining room is desperately in need of updating and improving the lighting. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in and we had basic rooms at nearly £500/night so it wasn’t great value.
