Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nahe an der First Bahn, nahe an der Bushaltestelle, Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht, hundefreundlich. Parken innen oder außen möglich. Freundliches Personal. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet.

Location was amazing but 6 days was a bit much for grindleward. 2 days would’ve been fine and then interlaken is better.

Top notch location right next to cable car to Grindlewald First. Room had balcony with great view of mountains. Beautiful common areas, nice breakfast. Staff friendly and very attentive. Loved the hot tub snd indoor swimming pool. I took advantage of massage service. Parking on-site

Lovely stay in Grindelwald.
Pros:

Incredible location. We had gorgeous views from the room and balcony. Staff were phenomenal. Great restaurant. Peaceful wellness area. Made for a memorable stay in Grindelwald.

Für einen Längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen aufgrund der Zimmergrösse. Für kurze Wochenendtrips ist

Super Freundliches Personal
Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein jedoch sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber.Das MorgenBuffet war gut. und hatte alles Standartmässige dabei. Auch hier waren die Angestellten sehr Freundlich und symphatisch. Cool ist das es ein Hotelinternes kleiner Hallenbad hat weöches man als Gast umsonst nutzen kann. Parkplätze sind auch genügen vorhanden und man könne gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis sogar einen Parkplatz in der Garage mieten was ich sehr cool finde. Die Lage des Hotels ist grandios, man ist tirekt im Zentrum.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältniss meiner Meinung nicht ganz gerechtfertigt.
Das Licht des kleiner Schminkspiegel im Bad funktionierte leider nicht und die Duschprause war sehr klein und sehr verkalkt.

All around incredible stay, absolutely worth it
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights with our family including 2 kids (ages 3 and 6) and had the most amazing stay. Could not have asked for more. The view was incredible, the beds comfortable and excellent central location right next to firstbahn and only a ten min walk to the train (or easy 2 min bus ride). Breakfast had a great spread including yogurt, meats and cheeses, breads and jams, hot foods, cereal, smoked salmon and more. Add to that pool, hot tub and a game room with pinball machines and a gaming console. Our kids had a blast. The service was top notch - would highly recommend (especially for families) and would love to come back again.

A wonderful Easter holiday in Grindelwald
Pros:

The staff are friendly and wonderful.
I stayed here for the first time in 15 years, and it's been renovated and is clean and comfortable.
Even if you get tired from hiking, you can recover in the sauna or jacuzzi.
The breakfast also has a wide variety of options, typical of Switzerland foods which you want to.

Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die tolle, zentrale Lage. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Wellnessbereich könnte mehr Atmosphäre habe. Sauna leider erst ab nachmittags.

For the price should be better
Pros:

The hotel has a parking. The spa is OK, very clean but nothing special. Only 2 saunas, a swimming pool and a whirlpool bath. Not many people around.

Cons:

The room was not the one matching the photos. The bed was small and with a hole near the bedhead where the pillows kept going down. Staff at the reception could be nicer. Typical passive aggressive Swiss behaviour. They smile and try to be nice but they are faking it so clearly, that feels uncomfortable.

For a 3 star hotel this is absolutely top
Pros:

To me it's insane that this hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel. It's better than the vast majority of 4 star hotels we stayed in in Switzerland - at least for the things we care about:

- They have 2 saunas and one of them is proper hot.
- They have properly cold cold plunge pool.
- There is a big indoor swimming pool that you can actually swim in - instead of just splash around in a mini pool like most hotels.
- The distance to the ski lift (up the mountain called "First") is super close - 3 minutes of walking.
- The hotel feels cozy. Breakfast is decent. The hotel staff is very friendly -- and in general everything gives off a "family-run hotel" vibe.
- Our bathroom had an actual window that we could use to air out any humidity.
- They have bathrobes and good comfy slippers.
- Free parking right in front of the hotel
- A ski depot with boot warmers

Cons:

Absolutely minor things:

- We heard some minor sound from the elevator that was located next to our room -- so the sound isolation is not perfect. Wouldn't expect it for the price, though.
- The room is a bit dated (e.g. a bathtub shower, some furniture). However, it is still kept in a near perfect condition.
