Excellent base to visit Grindelwald
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect in the center of Grindelwald, very close to the first lift.
The service at the restaurant was excellent and the food good.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi was very nice to relax the legs after a day of hiking.
Finally the view of Eiger from the room was breathtaking.

Absolutely amazing and highly recommended.
Pros:

The location is convenient to the nearby train station (<10 min walk), stores/bars/restaurants, as well as the cable car to First Mountain. The staff are so kind and willing to help at any time. The balcony is amazing!

Cons:

I visited during a heat wave around Europe, and there's no AC in the room, which kinda makes sense at that altitude. It can be mitigated by opening the window, but it may bring in some gnats. Again, it wasn't too bad, and I understand it's due to global warming and the Super El Niño 2026.

Pros:

Very close to all you'll want to do. Breakfast was great and views were incredible. There was a kids room that I had to tear my kids away from.

Cons:

Only one staff member was a bit rude, but rest were very delightful! The hot tub wasn't hot but we didn't complain so maybe this could have been adjusted. Wishing they were a bit less expensive but we did come during summer...

とても楽しく、快適に過ごすことができました。
Pros:

ロケーションが良いです。部屋も清潔です。安心してすばらしい時間を過ごすことができました。朝食もおいしいです。また機会があれば、伺いたいです。

Cons:

費用は相応にかかりました。もうちょっとお得感があると、うれしい。。。。
