Amazing hotel in the heart of grindlewald.
Pros:

Great location, amazing views on the balcony, hotel room was extremely clean and well kept throughout our stay. Receiving fresh water bottles every day was a nice touch. Julius and other staff were super helpful and always great to chat with. The bus stop right outside the hotel was very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing. We would stay here again and recommend this to others!

交通便利，门口就有以这家酒店的名字命名的公交车站，但是距离火车站其实也不远，我和我的妻子非常愿意悠闲地通过散步方式出游。距离first山缆车站也很近。酒店窗外风景非常好，如果没有一棵巨大的树那就更好了。对面巨大的树下面是迷你高尔夫，会有很多家长带着小朋友在对面玩。前台接待我们的老先生非常有趣，也非常细心，告诉我们白天务必拉上遮阳帘，以防室内温度过高，因为室内并没有配备空调来降温，但我们觉得可以接受。

交通位置非常棒，門口就有公車站牌。早餐還不錯。
Pros:

櫃檯服務人員非常熱情也有耐心，難得在歐洲感受到溫暖，謝謝。他個人就值得拿10分！

Cons:

加的床很小
浴室沒有對外窗、也沒有通風設備，很潮濕。

Super accommodation in prime position in the town
Pros:

Fantastic location right in the centre of Grindelwald with easy access to the cable car, shops and restaurants. Accommodation was lovely and comfortable with a great choice at breakfast. Would def recommend.

良いロケーション
Pros:

ビル自体は古いですが、お部屋はリフォームされていて綺麗でした。ロケーションも駅から徒歩5分ほどで便利です。
スーパー、レストラン、ショップ等も近隣にあります。
ホテルからアイガーが見れます。

Cons:

丁度冷倉庫が壊れていたので冷たい飲み物を入れる事が出来ませんでした。ただし、近日中に新しく交換する予定ではあるそうです。
冷房は完備されていません。スイスでは普通。たまたま猛暑日に宿泊したのでお部屋は少し暑かったです。ただし、ここまで暑い日が続いたのは珍しいそうです。

Pros:

The staff was very nice and the location was very good. Nice view from our room as well.

Cons:

The hallways and elevator smelled like 50 years of accumulation of smoke or stench.. it was extremely bad! Also the blinds to the patio didn't stay up, so that was annoying.. the bed was also too hard.

Swiss home for a week
Pros:

Beautiful chalet style. We stayed at 3 room Apartment First. Great location. Mr Julius, Apostopheles & housekeeping team are very efficient and most helpful.
We will be back.

It was perfect!
Pros:

Perfectly located, very nice staff and manager, super comfy beds, beautiful view, great breakfast... 10/10!
The rooms have just been renovated and are very clean and modern.
There was a storm the night we stayed in Grindelwald and the entire street was flooded. The staff was super reactive and after a few hours it was like it never happened. They were extremely helpful and professional.
