I’d stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.
Pros:

Christoff and the rest of the staff were always helpful and boy, do they pack a great takeaway breakfast. The regular breakfast was fantastic too, I loved the muesli and rolls. It’s worth it to get a balcony with an Eiger view, and the room was large and comfortable. The location is perfect. My teenage niece and loved staying there

Das Hotel besticht durch seine Lage mit Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge sowie kurze Wege zu Bussen, Zügen und Gondeln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war reichlich und schmackhaft.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war extremst abgewohnt und altmodisch.
Das Hotel ist hellhörig und natürlich steht und fällt dann die Erholung mit der (Nicht)Rücksicht der Nachbarn.

케이블카 및 번화가 앞 최고의 위치였고, 다른 호텔들 보다 위치가 압도적으로 좋은데 가격이 정말 좋았어요.

특히 무료 조식이 정말 최고였습니다. 가짓수도 많고 정말 친절하고 완벽했어요. 멀리서 본 창가뷰 방은 정말 멋집니다. 가족여행이라 아이거북벽이 아닌 번화가 뷰였는데 되려 일몰이 산에 걸리는 일부를 누워서 감상할 수 있었어요.
침대도 푹신하고 편안하고 좋습니다. 아늑한 곳이에요.

호스트 또한 친절했고 사소한 단점들을 제외하고는 가족여행으로 가격대비 많이 추천합니다.

욕실시설이 조금 열악할수 있습니다. 화장실이 좁고, 가격대비 방도 좁게 느껴질수 있습니다 일반 호텔보다요. 하지만 곧바로 감사히 적응 가능한 뷰와 위치, 가격입니다.

방에는 에어컨이 없습니다.
붙어있는 가족단위 방보다는 단일방을 많이 추천합니다.(뷰가 최고)

개인적으로 욕실 바닥에 물이 젖는 것을 몹시 싫어하는데요 (체크인시 주의도 받았지만) 샤워칸과 몇뼘거리인 얇은 방수천 하나만 걸쳐진 상태에서는 조심을해도 물이 튈 수밖에 없어 아쉬웠어요. 실제로 묵는 도중 몇번씩 바닥 셀프청소를 했습니다. 세면대가 좁고 낮아 바닥에 물이 흥건해지기 너무 쉬운 구조입니다. 클리닝하는 분을 위해 무언가 개선되면 좋을 것 같아요.

방에 바퀴벌레가 나와서 잡았는데
이건 하루 창문하나를 열고 잔 이유일겁니다.
(입실시 커튼에 가려져 있는 부분이 열려있었어요.)
방충망이 없는데 샬레의 특성이기에 쉽게 감안합니다.
화장실 및 잠잘때 덥더라도 창문은 열지마세요.

アイガー望める山小屋風ホテル
Pros:

ベランダからアイガーを見ることができ、非常にきれいだった。グリンデルワルト駅から、徒歩５分と近く、スーパーへの買い出しも楽だった。2つ寝室がある部屋を予約したが、両親と3人だったため、プライベートが守れてよかった。受付に頼むと、食べ物を電子レンジで温めてくれた。

Cons:

エレベーター、冷蔵庫はなかった（受付に頼むと冷やしてくれた）。朝食は、コンパクトなお部屋で食べた。やや量や種類が少ない点が残念だったが、スタッフがテキパキ働いており、好感が持てた。

A wonderful beautiful view! Great homey hotel - would stay here again.
Pros:

We had a room with a balcony and view of the Eiger. It was wonderful! The breakfast was excellent but was the same every day. We were there 5 days and a little variety by day 3 would have been an added bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only wish was to have a refrigerator in the room to store cheese and snacks. But we would definitely stay here again.

駅近、親切、清潔。
Pros:

駅から近いので、非常に便利。スタッフが親切。トレイルの状況、買い物の相談等に対応してくれた。
予約間近になって色々質問したが、迅速に丁寧に対応してくれたので行く前の不安がなくスムーズだった。朝食も良い。

Cons:

エレベーターなし。シャワーがもう少し湯量があるとベスト。備品（湯沸かしポット、カップなど）ほぼなし。想定内なので問題なし。
