Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren die frisch gebackenen Eier, Würstchen, Teewasser an jedem Tag kalt. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de Zermatt avec vue sur le Cervin !
Pros:

La chambre très confortable, le personnel accueillant et ravi de nous conseiller sur les activités à faire à Zermatt.
Et nous avons également appréciés le Spa et la partie bien-être. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel avec vue sur le mont Cervin !

Gemäss Internet Angebot, haben wir mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war tiptop. Der SPA Bereich war super.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach einem 3 Sterne Hotel und nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Am Buffet funktionierten einige Geräte nicht. Zudem hatte eine Kässcheibe Schimmel. Am Frühstück war nur eine Bedienung, welche nicht selber an den Tisch kam um zu fragen was man möchte.

Сніданок чудовий,розташування теж, спа комфортне, от тільки в лаунжзоні чомусь дозволено палити і там стоїть стійкий запах сигарет і не завжди вичищені попільнички. це прям дуже здивувало, давно не бачила в європейських готелях в холлі з каміном попільнички...
