Ein derartiges Hotel hat keine vier Sterne verdient.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, Bring-Holservice zum Bahnhof war auch kurzfristig möglich.

Cons:

Frühstück umfangreich, allerdings war es schwierig Kaffee zu bekommen. Es war nur eine unaufmerksame Bedienung verfügbar. Um defekte Wasserhähne im Zimmer wurden sich nur nebensächlich gekümmert. Dieses führte dazu, dass während des Aufenthalts kein kaltes Wasser verfügbar war.

Le spa

Cons:

La chambre, à notre arrivée la carte ne fonctionne pas impossible de rentrer dans la chambre, en plus de travaux pas idéal pour se reposer, la ventilation une catastrophe, de la condensation dans la chambre, pas de bouchon dans la baignoire et pour couronner le tout pas d'eau chaude lors de notre départ.

Hotel in toller Lage mit ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal und ausgezeichnetem Frühstück
Pros:

Ausserordentlich gutes und reichliches Frühstück, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ausgezeichnete und ruhige Lage; unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Blick aufs Matterhorn, im Thai-Restaurant des Hotels haben wir ausgezeichnet gegessen.

Je n’y mettrai plus les pieds
Cons:

Aucune sécurité dans l’hôtel, des gens ont voulu rentrer à plusieurs reprises dans ma chambre. J’ai dû quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit. Pas près d’y remettre les pieds !

The most enjoyable stay, super location in beautiful Zermattt.
Pros:

The hotel staff were super helpful and nice. They could not have been more accommodating and left the most beautiful pink hats on our bed to welcome us to their hotel. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the spa area. I’d highly recommend.
