Pros:

Nice new "ish" little spa in the basement, comfortable if it's not busy as it's fairly small, but with all the essentials after a days of skiing.

Cons:

Staff entered my room at 2000 hrs without knocking or announcing themselves. I believe this has been rectified by the owner and didn't happen for the remainder of my stay.

Overnight stay waiting for the morning Glacier Express train.
Pros:

good comfortable warm room, very good breakfast, friendly helpful reception, shuttle to / from train station, easy walking around the town to shops and restaurants. Excellent view of the Matterhorn from our balcony made it all worthwhile.

Pros:

駅から少し離れているが、歩ける距離。
尚且つ、ホテルと駅の間の送迎をしてくれるので助かった。　
とても綺麗な部屋でした。ケトルや冷蔵庫など設備も十分。テラスからはマッターホルンがしっかりと見え、朝昼夜、それぞれの情景を楽しめました。
朝食は卵料理のライブクッキングもしてくれましたし、とても親切なスタッフの方が対応してくれました。

Fantastisch.
Pros:

De perfecte locatie van het hotel, het uitstekende ontbijtbuffet en het magnifieke zicht op de Matterhorn vanuit de ontbijtruimte. Neem telefonisch contact op met het hotel als je je aankomsttijd weet, en er is vervoer van t treinstation naar t hotel, bij vertrek geef je je vertrektijd aan, en je wordt netjes met al je baggage naar t treinstation gebracht.
