Fully self-contained 24 hours indulgence, from the Restaurants/Bar & incredible Spa.
Pros:

Totally exceeded all expectations at the end of a planned trip, but ended up being one of the highlights, particularly with the amazing Spa & friendliness of particular staff members.

Cons:

Only problem (& is minor compared to everything else), uncomfortable pillows. Alternative pillows were offered, but unfortunately not available when we asked

Le jacuzzi est un peu petit. 2 places mais tout le reste est bien et ça compense!

Great location! For Zermatt, it was a reasonable price.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. Halfway for everywhere. To the Sunegga funicular station or to the Matterhorn Express and the Gornegrat, the hotel is in the middle of the triangle. The breakfast is superb!

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the shuttle starting slightly earlier so that I can get a lift to the station.

Accueil très agréable, sont rapidement venu nous chercher à la gare, centré.
Pros:

La literie super, l’emplacement plein centre, la navette devant la porte

Cons:

Un peu cher. C’était propre, les courses à la gare gratuites, il y a rien à dire sur l’hôtel mais je ne vois pas où est la 4eme étoile

Pros:

Nice new "ish" little spa in the basement, comfortable if it's not busy as it's fairly small, but with all the essentials after a days of skiing.

Cons:

Staff entered my room at 2000 hrs without knocking or announcing themselves. I believe this has been rectified by the owner and didn't happen for the remainder of my stay.
