Pros:

We stayed here just few days ago. Beautiful place, pristine rooms. Hotel smells amazing. Has a very modern feel to it. Staff is very friendly and speaks English. Very good breakfast buffet with fresh orange, carrot and apple juices apart from the variety of cheese, cold cuts, breads etc. They have different milk options too. Very environmentally conscious hotel. They make sandwiches from left over breakfast and are free to grab till they run out. A big shoutout to all the staff and especially Riu. Zermatt is a small town so several restaurants, bat, shops, icecream parlor and grocery stores are in walking distance. Train station is a 5-6 minute walk and nit uphill

O hotel é excelente, super confortável, limpo e muito bem localizado, mas o grande diferencial da nossa estadia foi, sem dúvidas, o atendimento na recepção.

Queríamos deixar um agradecimento especial à recepcionista HELENA, que deu um verdadeiro show de profissionalismo, simpatia e gentileza! Desde o primeiro momento, ela nos recebeu com um sorriso enorme, foi extremamente prestativa e cuidou de cada detalhe com um carinho que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem. É raro encontrar alguém tão dedicada a fazer os hóspedes se sentirem em casa.

Parabéns ao hotel pela estrutura e, principalmente, por ter profissionais tão incríveis na equipe.

Pros:

Katja and her team were exceptional. From the pick up from the train station till we checked-out, hospitality was 5*. Staff were so friendly and this really made our stay memorable. The property is very well maintained and we could tell they took pride in it. Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing journey in Zermatt
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Bellerive in Zermatt was simply exceptional and without a doubt the best hotel experience we had in Switzerland.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made us feel truly pampered.

Our room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. Waking up under the skylight and seeing the Matterhorn right from our bed was absolutely breathtaking and something we will never forget.

Breakfast was another highlight: delicious, fresh, and with an impressive variety of choices. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of excellent quality.

The complimentary shuttle service, available on request, made getting around effortless and was just another example of the outstanding service provided by the hotel.

Hotel Bellerive perfectly combines comfort, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. If we return to Zermatt, there is no question where we will stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Haben ein Upgrad auf ein neu renoviertes Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit eigenem Balkon erhalten. Das Zimmer war sauber und täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichhaltig und man konnte zusätzlich noch Eier-Speisen bestellen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles ist in Gehdistanz zu erreichen.

Hello, we went to Zermatt for our birthday present. We chose to stay overnight in your hotel-Hotel Bellerive.
I must honestly admit that all of you employees are very friendly and receptive to everything, service, providing information and advice, and also cleanliness. The room is very nice. Hotel is in a good location, everything is very close (shops, stalls, train station etc.). There is a very nice quiet corner in the hotel that brings a good atmosphere. We stayed with you for one night but we are more than satisfied. See you again. Best regards

Exceptional Zermatt location
Pros:

Exceptional find in Zermatt. Super friendly staff. Great dinner reservations. My wife and sister also enjoyed a nice massage. Breakfasts were amazing. We ended up hugging after just two nights as we felt we were part of the staff family. Thank you for the lifetime memories you created and best of luck to the kids in the gymnastics.
