slecht / er is geen sprake van een verblijf maar van een afgang

Toen we aankwamen bleek onze reservatie geannuleerd te zijn. Ons creditkaart werd door het hotel niet aanvaard omdat het bancontact was en geen Visa. We kregen van jullie 2 sms'jes daarvoor maar omwille van mogelijke fishing gingen we er niet op in. Eens in hotel werden we niet geholpen door de hotelbediende. We zijn koud en kil afgedropen. Een gratis koffie en een beetje hulp om een ander hotel te vinden, was empatisch geweest maar dat was niet het geval. Jammer

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte speziell das Badezimmer mal Renoviert werden.
Das Personal im Restaurant war zwar nicht unfreundlich , man merkte aber , dass die Freude am Beruf schon lange vorbei ist.

Our 3 night stay
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel as part of a coach party on a 3 night break.
We were very impressed with the accommodation, beds were comfortable and the rooms, although rather shabby and needing some care and attention, were cozy.
We found the staff extremely helpful and approachable.
We were also very impressed with the standard of food that we ate. It was very tasty and well presented.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is considering a visit to Holland.

Viele kleine "Retro-Punkte" zum lösen, aber schönes Hotel

Sehr großes Appartement, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Zimmer 150: Die Ausstattung wirkt "retro" oder ist es sogar, es wurden Renovierungen gemacht (wann?) aber irgendwie ist man stecken geblieben: Keine USB-Anschlüsse (wären leicht realisierbar), kein Voll-Körperspiegel, nur ein einziger Mikro-Mistkübel (im Badezimmer), Farbe von Abflussdeckel im Bad abgesplittert, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer aber nicht im Schlafzimmer, zwei Spiegel und Hängetische (für Stehhöhe) vis a vis zum Bett (wozu?), alles (große) Türen in den Gang zu öffnen (gegenseitig im Weg), mehrere unverdeckte Bohrungen in den Kacheln im Badezimmer, Fixierkleber am Glas der Wohnzimmertüre (ausgetauscht?), Manche Tapeten lösen sich am Ende, den Kleiderkasten könnte man nach rechts verschieben links daneben die Kofferablage machen und die derzeitige Kofferablage links neber der Türe durch eine Garderobe für Mantel usw. nützen.
Restaurant: Scheint sehr gut zu sein, aber es gibt nur eine holländische Speisekarte und ohne Mobiltelefon (meins war beim Laden) gibts keine Karte in englisch oder deutsch.... und ohne Vorreservierung ins fast leere Restaurant kommend, gabs bei mir (angeblich) um 18:20 nur einen Tisch um 19:45 (zu wenig Küchenpersonal oder zu kleine Küche?)
Abschlussrechnung: Habe bei Ankunft auf Firmenadresse hingewiesen und um Rechnung an Firma ersucht. Bei Abreise war die Rechnung auf mich privat ausgestellt - die Bitte um Änderung sorgte für Konfusion, denn das Zimmer war durch die Rechnung bereits deaktiviert und es musste wieder aktiviert werden ..... andere Mitarbeiterin musste nach meinem Frühstück das Problem lösen.
