Seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, ma purtroppo questa volta l’esperienza è stata deludente.
La prima sera abbiamo segnalato alla reception che la camera non era riscaldata e che non c’era acqua calda. Ho dovuto chiamare dal mio cellulare perché in camera non c’erano indicazioni per contattare la reception. Dopo mezz’ora ci è stato detto che la caldaia era andata in blocco.

La mattina seguente, alle 9:30, ho ribadito il problema chiedendo una soluzione. Al nostro rientro alle 19 la camera era ancora fredda e senza acqua calda. Solo dopo l’intervento del manutentore, verso le 20:30, ci è stata assegnata un’altra camera, di categoria inferiore ( priva di luci nello specchio del bagno ) rispetto a quella prenotata, dopo un’intera giornata di disagi.

Non solo non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna scusa, ma al check-out ci è stata comunque addebitata la tassa di soggiorno senza alcun tipo di compensazione sull’importo della camera.

Infine, la colazione: nulla di internazionale, solo una colazione all’italiana molto basica. Per un 4 stelle Superior, questo livello è assolutamente insufficiente.

In sintesi, purtroppo questa volta il soggiorno è stato molto deludente e lontano dagli standard attesi.
