Pros:

The hotel is located in a picturesque place among the Alps. There are bus and train stops near the hotel, so it is very convenient to travel. The room was clean, comfortable with a wonderful view of the mountains. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly, they solved all our requests. If we visit Bolzano again, we will stop only here.

Da wir mit dem Zug gereist sind, war die Lage zum Bahnhof super.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Da müsste schon einiges gemacht werden.

LA STRUTTURA IN SE E' BELLA E ACCOGLIENTE. COMODA PER CHI SI DEVE MUOVERE IN ZONA.
CI ERO GIA' STATO IN PASSATO PIU' DI UNA VOLTA, MA NON MI ERA MAI ACCADUTA UNA SITUAZIONE VISSUTA COME QUESTA VOLTA.

PURTROPPO LA MANCANZA DI ACCOGLIENZA.
SONO STATO AVVISATO IL GIORNO PRIMA CHE NON CI SAREBBE STATO NESSUNO AD ACCOGLIERMI AL CHECK IN E MI AVREBBERO LASCIATO IL PASS PER ENTRARE IN UN SITO ALL'ENTRATA.
UNA TRISTEZZA INFINITA ENTRARE IN UNA STRUTTURA INOPERANTE (NESSUNO), TUTTO BUIO .....

Het uitzicht van de kamer...die was geweldig!

dat alles donker was als we toe kwamen, zijn 4x gepasseerd voor we zagen waar we moesten zijn...eens we oprit gevonden hadden, sprongen de lichten aan overal. We kregen de indruk de enigste in het hotel te zijn...dat de bedden uit elkaar schoven...is als koppel samen te slapen ni fijn...

Pros:

Non ho altro da scrivere se non cose molto positive! La camera è molto spaziosa e molto ordinata, come tutto il resto dell'Hotel. Un enorme complimento va alle ragazze che si occupano di mantenere ordinato ovunque e ci riescono alla perfezione, si nota che curano ogni dettaglio conn amore e passione! Ho fatto caso che c'è anche il riscaldamento a pavimento in ogni locale anche esternamente alla mia camera. Il buffet è stato presentato assai ricco con ogni prodotto della zona tra cui, alcuni, anche artigianali. Non mi resta che mettere 5 stelle e consigliarlo a chiunque. Tornerò presto

colazione sufficiente visto trattasi di 4 stelle. Ma avere una spa e non averla in funzione, la moquette anni 70 in camera, la vasca e non la doccia in bagno e una matrimoniale con due letti singoli attaccati, non fa meritare 4 stelle
