Everything from when we arrived until we left the staff were so helpful and always happy to advise.

Cons:

Nothing! Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Nice breakfast fresh water and minerals. I could not fault anything.

Pros:

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from arrival assistance and communication, to assisting with our Cinque Terra Trekking pass, to ensuring our breakfast and room needs were completely met.
They offer a complimentary taxi service from the train station to the property - which I would highly recommend doing if you've never been to Riomaggiore as it could be too hilly for some to try and find the property while hauling around your luggage.
The room was clean and had its own patio overlooking Riomaggiore.
The location, while high up on the hills, was easily accessible via a path down through neighboring buildings to the main street (125 total stairs).
Two hot tubs to enjoy while overlooking town as well as a main/shared patio overlooking town to view the sunset. Rooms were stocked daily with comlemetary water and sodas and a welcome bottle of prosecco.
Finally, like I mentioned above, the staff was so, so, so incredibly kind and helpful (check out the smiley faces on our cappuccinos) :)

From the very beginning the staff were very helpful. We did a self check-in and it was very detailed and made the proces
Pros:

The property was extremely well kept. Beautiful location. The added amenities (terrace and hot tubs) were very nice to have an additional place to hang out after site seeing. Everything on the property was clearly labeled and the recommendation list given was extensive. Having breakfast and parking a part of the booking made this a 10/10.

Being in Riomaggiore put us in a perfect place to get to each town in Cinque Terre.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Everyone who worked there was helpful, pleasant, and very welcoming. The facilities were perfect for relaxing and getting to all of the places we wanted to get to.

I would come back here again.
Pros:

We really like the shared areas, like the hot tubs, the patio lounge uptairs. How clean the property is, how friendly everyone are. The washing machine and soap provided.

Cons:

The kitchen could be better equipped. Like salt & pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dish clothe to dry the dishes. Just because, we decided to cook on site and have a few meal at our beautiful patio.

La gentillesse du personnel. La terrasse est super sympa. Le lieu est charmant et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

Beaucoup de marches pour parvenir à l’hôtel mais c’est le principe des cinq terres.

Relaxed! Friendly! Stunning views! Yummy breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing views! Both the private and communal terrace offered a beautiful place to relax in the sunshine whilst overlooking Riomaggiore. The staff were friendly and welcoming and all seemed genuinely happy to be there. The breakfast gave a good start to the day before a day of exploring! I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely property, hot tubs are great, views are sensational from the terrace. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was lovely and everything tasted fresh. Complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Riomaggiore.
