Amazing views! Both the private and communal terrace offered a beautiful place to relax in the sunshine whilst overlooking Riomaggiore. The staff were friendly and welcoming and all seemed genuinely happy to be there. The breakfast gave a good start to the day before a day of exploring! I would highly recommend staying here!

We really like the shared areas, like the hot tubs, the patio lounge uptairs. How clean the property is, how friendly everyone are. The washing machine and soap provided.
The kitchen could be better equipped. Like salt & pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dish clothe to dry the dishes. Just because, we decided to cook on site and have a few meal at our beautiful patio.

Room was very comfortable. Everyone who worked there was helpful, pleasant, and very welcoming. The facilities were perfect for relaxing and getting to all of the places we wanted to get to.

Lovely property, hot tubs are great, views are sensational from the terrace. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Breakfast was lovely and everything tasted fresh. Complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Riomaggiore.
Nice rooms, lovely staff, great breakfast, private, great view, very quiet - we really enjoyed our stay here. You get picked up from the train station which is so good, easy to walk back downhill at the end of your stay. It's a beautiful village to stay in and the walk up and down into the heart of the village is relatively easy. We stayed for four nights and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Do take the time to walk around the village away from the shops/bars etc. There is more to it than you first think.
Everything was good - no complaints. These villages do get busy during the day, and I really do feel for the locals with the volume of people coming in and out, but they seem to take it in their stride. October was a good time to visit. We had the best weather but not too hot, and less people.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a riomaggiore et plus particulièrement a la résidence ciqueterre.
Le personnel et plus particulièrement Zidane ont vraiment été d une gentillesse et d une disponibilité très appréciable.
L emplacement est vraiment top, proche de tout.
Les jacuzzi avec la vue sur les vignes et la mer aide vraiment a se détendre et a se sentir bien.
Le petit déjeuner est assez complet avec des produits frais.
La literie est confortable et le logement entretenu et propre.
La seule chose que l on peut noter, c est l humidité de la chambre et le taxi qui n a pas pu venir nous récupérer a la gare et lorsque l on connaît la configuration de la ville et que l on a des soucis de dos cela complique grandement l arrivée.
We had a fantastic stay and appreciated the accommodating staff. Our travel was unexpectedly delayed and the staff helped provide suggestions and guidance. The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of prosecco and hot tubs. It was very nice to have a breakfast provided each morning as well. The property sits higher up the hill so it has great views as well
It can be challenging to reach with luggage from the train station if you are traveling that way. You have to walk to the top of the main road followed by several flights of stairs. The property does offer a car service to pick you up from the train station upon arrival.
Cinque Terre Residence was our oasis in Riomaggiore. High on the hilltop away from the hustle & bustle of the train station, markets, lower restaurants & marina. The view is amazing. The church bells a delight. The hot tubs a plus. Amazing breakfast buffet. The best of all of it was the staff. We were treated with kindness & appreciation. By far it was our favorite stay while we were in Italy.

Each room had its own terrace. There was also a separate breakfast terrace and shared terrace with fantastic views.
Breakfast was amazing with local produce.
The staff were all fantastic, very welcoming and friendly.
