A pleasant stay, staff helpful and the few extras very much appreciated
Pros:

Breakfast was great, daily room service fabulous, staff very friendly and the extra bonus of having daily soft drinks and a bottle of presecco on arrival, fantastic.

Cons:

We had a tricky check in due to arriving late but we were very thankful for the hotel transfer. Definitely travel light, as you will be challenged by the steep hills and steps but the location is beautiful.

Absolutely fabulous
Pros:

The breakfast was lovely. Very fresh and replenished regularly. The staff were exceptional and very friendly.

We loved everything but my friend struggled with the steps.

Välskött, rent och fräscht, Hade ett rum med en terrass så skönt att möta kvällssolen där

Pros:

Tout était parfait ! Une équipe incroyable, souriante et à nos petits soins.
Une terrasse superbement aménagée avec une vue magnifique et l'accès à deux jacuzzis pour se prélasser.
Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits locaux et un large choix.
Hôtel très propre et très joli et très bien situé.
Je recommande vivement.

Enjoyed so much...could not have been better
Pros:

This was a wonderful place to be, in Riomaggiore village but set away from the busy port in a peaceful location with a beautiful view. We loved the communal gardens with the flowers, jacuzzus & outdoor lounge area. Breakfasts were wonderful, very substantial & served with a smile from helpful staff. Our kitchen was well equipped & sheets changed whenever we wanted. We would always stay here if we came to Riomaggiore again.

Cons:

It was all great in every way....( Guests with mobility problems should ask Qs before arriving so the staff can help, & here they will & they did....but this applies to all the CinqueTerre area as steps are everywhere!)

Relaxant et dépaysant
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. L’emplacement est formidable, il faut acheter la carte cinqueterre puis on accède facilement aux autres villages

Cons:

Jacuzzi un peu chaud ( à notre goût)

Pros:

Our 6 dag stay was exactly what we expected. Hospitality was excellent, we felt att home. The facility was clean and well maintained with flowers decorations everywhere. The outdoor relax areas were nice with a panoramic view of the town.
