The facility is ok and clean, but beware of covert racism from guest’s and staff if you’re not from their likes. We experienced cold shoulders meanwhile other guest’s were welcomed utterly well. Overall an very bad experience for me(tunisian background) my wife (swedish) and daughter (1,5 year old swedish baby).

Удобный подземный паркинг. Вид из номера шикарный.

Cons:

Ужасный завтрак. Персонал практически не отслеживал что еда на шведсом столе закончилась. Персонал так же игнорировал что кофейный аппарат требовал обслуживания.

Pros:

Hotel ma doskonałe położenie dla zwiedzających jaskinię Postojną. Pokój był bardzo przestronny a oba łóżka główne i dodatkowe dla dziecka bardzo wygodne. Łazienka czysta i współczesna. Zarówno hotelowe lobby jak i pokój urządzone w nowoczesnym przyjemnym dla oka stylu.
Hotel oferuje miejsce w garażu podziemnym w cenie 6€ za noc.
Smaczne śniadania którymi o dziwo hotel nie chwali się na oficjalnych zdjęciach.

Cons:

Nie byłem w stanie wyłączyć całkowicie klimatyzacji w pokoju hotelowym która głośno pracowała z kilkoma przerwami całą noc.
W pokoju jest serwis kawowy ale nie ma kawy ani herbaty. Brak wody powitalnej w pokoju.

Disponibilita' di parcheggio protetto sotto l'hotel con possibilita' di movimento in giornata..
Letto ampio e confortevole.
Dimensione camera con ampia finestratura e vista.

Cons:

Personale gentile e disponibile salvo sull'uso della lingua. Non accettabile in un 4 stelle in zona eminentemente turistica il rifiuto assoluto dell'italiano.
Bagno adeguato salvo carenza di bidet.
Buona pulizia camera ma senza rifacimento letto.
Climatizzatore rumoroso; di notte meglio al minimo o spento.
Prima colazione non al livello di un 4 stelle.con salato e dolce di bassa qualita', salvo i muffins 3 Marie e le uova fritte.
