Lovely hotel but cold room
Pros:

Hi, this was our second visit to this hotel. It’s a nice place to stay but our room was quite cold this time.

Cons:

There were two issues for me. Firstly our room out in the courtyard was cold and the heating inadequate. The second issue was receiving lots of spam emails from India because of a data hack exposing my contact details. I expect better than this.

Pros:

Struttura bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e davvero accogliente. Lo staff è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, capace di farti sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare i dintorni. Colazione ricca e di qualità, con ampia scelta. La cena, poi, è stata semplicemente sublime. Esperienza davvero molto positiva!

Bel posto, ottimo personale ma con notevoli margini di miglioramento
Pros:

Il posto è magnifico e la posizione mozzafiato. Il personale molto gentile e la colazione é ottima

Cons:

Si sente tutto, anche uno starnuto… figurarsi cosa può venire fuori. Nella nostra camera, sopra la cucina, dopo cena di sentiva un forte odore di cucinato e il letto é, di fatto, da sostituire. Su questo c’è molto da migliorare
