Cons:

Im Badezimmer war die Handbrause der Dusche nicht nutzbar, weil kaputt.

Die Mülleimer in den allgemeinen Toiletten wurden nicht geleert und es gab keine vernünftige Möglichkeit die Hände abzutrocknen.

Im Frühstücksraum war es viel zu warm und zu laut.

Cons:

Es waren sehr warme Tage in Heidelberg. Zimmer zur Straße. Mussten mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, da die Zimmer keine Klima hatten. S-Bahn und Autos waren ständig und laut zu hören.

Frühstück sehr gut, freundliches Personal, Top Lage.

Cons:

Kein Safe nutzbar, sehr lauter Kühlschrank, Zimmer Reinigung schlecht bis gar nicht.
