Really good value for money. The hotel is not the newest one, but honestly, this is easy to overlook because the rooms are comfortable and the whole space feels very practical and well thought out.
The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was probably the biggest surprise: absolutely delicious, and honestly better than many restaurants nearby, even the more expensive ones.
The SPA area was nice, and having a private beach with service was definitely a big plus. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back.

Für einen Kurz Trip jedenfalls allemal sehr zu empfehlen.

Csodálatos 4 napot töltöttünk a Residence Hotel Balatonban! A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, a szoba tiszta és kényelmes, a wellness részleg pedig tökéletes kikapcsolódást nyújtott. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, minden adott volt a pihenéshez. Biztosan visszatérünk, és mindenkinek szívből ajánljuk a hotelt!

S pobytem v hotelu jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Personál byl příjemný, služby i strava výborné. Velmi nás potěšilo také milé překvapení k mým narozeninám, kdy jsme v restauraci dostali přípitek. Taková pozornost nám udělala velkou radost.

Cons:

Jedinou věcí, která kazila celkový dojem, nebyl hotel samotný, ale chování některých hostů. Do restaurace chodili někteří návštěvníci v nevhodném oblečení a obuvi, spíše vhodné na pláž než do restaurace. Bylo by vhodné zvážit doporučený nebo povinný dress code pro večeře, aby prostředí restaurace odpovídalo úrovni hotelu a bylo příjemné pro všechny hosty.“
