Perfect stay in Old Town
Pros:

Amazing location and amazing view. Literally 10 steps from the heart of Old Town (the place where ottoman architecture meets austrian architecture). The hotel is beautiful all in all. Staff are great and friendly. Has a beautiful moroccan style restaurant on three floors. I loved everything

It's a hotel ideally located in the heart of Bascarsija. Everything is nearby: markets, shops, restaurants, and bars.

Cons:

However, despite claiming to have air conditioning, it only works in the summer. The west-facing rooms become like a sauna when the temperature drops below 20 degrees Celsius, and there's no air conditioning functioning.
