A clean, well-located hotel that does the basics right.
Pros:

The location is very central, which made it easy to get around. The heating worked well — on a cold day in Sarajevo, that's not something to take for granted. The room was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good.

Cons:

The bed linen and duvet were a bit short, leaving part of the mattress uncovered. For a 4-star property you'd expect bedding that meets higher standards.

Le personnel est très professionnel,serviable et adorable.

Cons:

Plusieurs équipements étaient endommagés dans la chambre (poignet de la fenêtre, porte de la douche, lumière de chevet, poignet dans l'armoire...) . Le sous-sol où l'on prend le petit déjeuner n'est pas accessible par ascenseur ce qui a été très problématique pour une personne à mobilité réduite alors que l'établissement indique qu'il est équipé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

Pani w recepcji, która miała przygotować dla mnie fakturę. Po wydrukowaniu, jak zaczęłam sprawdzać, czy dane na fakturze się zgadzają, kilkakrotnie podkreśliła, że wprowadziła wszystkie przesłane przeze mnie dane i jeżeli coś się nie zgadza to pewnie dlatego, że coś źle przesłałam i że już nie będzie można na fakturze nic zmienić. Podkreśliła to kilkakrotnie. Okazało się, że Pani zapomniała dodać numer NIP, a znajdowała się ta informacja w przesłanej przeze mnie wiadomości. I wtedy okazało się, że to Pani na recepcji popełniła błąd, i w takiej sytuacji to jednak można było nanieść zmiany na rachunku
