Great location and staff but in desperate need for updates
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town and the grand Gazi mosque. The staff at reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

the rooms and facilities are quite old. We had to change rooms a couple of times due to issues with air conditioning. Breakfast was also the same every day during our five-night stay and could have been better.

Overall, the excellent location and amazing staff make it reasonable value for money, although the extra charge for parking was disappointing

Booking was not recorded as placed, staff rude, shower ceiling all flaky, aircon not working, which after some hassle they offered an other room. on exit check all OK, staff said yes all sorted, later on got abusive messages for payment which we made via bank transfer later the same day . Price very much over priced for what is delivered

Cons:

Réception au premier étage avec de nombreuses marches (très pénible pour les PMR). Réceptionnistes très distantes et d'aucune aide. Entrée de l'hôtel en zone piétonne inaccessible en voiture.
Mauvaises indications sur l'accès au parking (ruelle indiquée non répertoriée sur le navigateur). Petit-déjeuner inclus mais servi dans un établissement de l'autre côté du boulevard et choix asse limité.

Cons:

Konumu Başçarşıya yakın oldugu için güzel fakat otel kesinlikle 4yıldızlı değil. Daha çok moteldi. Odadaki klimayı kapatamadık kumanda yoktu resepsiyondan istedik gelen giden olmadı. Klozetlerde musluk yoktu(olan oteller var). Fotograflardaki restoran resimlerine aldandık ama otel kötüydü.

Posizione ideale
Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico, staff gentile e disponibile, colazione con ampia scelta dolce e salato.

Cons:

Le tariffe sono un pò care per il livello complessivo dell'hotel, ho avuto un problema con la camera assegnata, tuttavia mi è stata subito consentito di cambiarla. Fate attenzione, in alcuni giorni di agosto lo spazio di fronte all'hotel diventa una discoteca con musica a volume altissimo fino alle 1.30 di notte...dipende dai gusti.
