Great stay at the Monopol
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice facilities, comfortable room, nice bathroom. Excellent location. Wroclaw far exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

No kettle and being Brits we like a cup of tea! There was a coffee machine though.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniamy na fenomenalny. Hotel bardzo stylowy, czysty i bardzo ładny. Obsługa profesjonalna , jak i w recepcji tak i w restauracji. Był to pobyt związany z urodzinami - dostaliśmy do pokoju wstawkę owoców co jest bardzo miłe :)
Śniadania pyszne, bufet i ala carte. Dobra kawa. Pokoje ciemne, ale ja osobiście lubię taki klimat. Basen, sauna i grota solna bardzo zadbana przestrzeń. Woda w basenie mogłaby być ciut cieplejsza. Bardzo udany pobyt, piękne wrażenia. Dziękujemy i napewno do zobaczenia!

Styl wykończenia wnętrz, łazienka, kosmetyki.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe wygłuszenie pokoju, brak możliwości zaciemnienia okna, wąska kołdra, małe łóżko. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na śniadanie i zablokowana możliwość kolejnego zamówienia z uwagi na koniec śniadania
