Room was very nice. Spa area was very nice. Loved the bowls of fruit on the desk at spa and hotel reception

Cons:

Needed more pillows. Would have liked tea making facilities. Unfortunately a football team came to stay while we were there and I didn't like all the security in reception. I would have booked for a different time had I known in advance
