Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht im Holiday Beach Budapest Hotel, aber der Aufenthalt hat uns als Familie absolut begeistert!

Was uns besonders gefallen hat:
Tolle Lage: Perfekt, um sich zu erholen und gleichzeitig die Zeit als Familie zu genießen.

Super Service: Das Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und kinderlieb.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre: Die Zimmer waren sauber, gemütlich und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt.

Obwohl unser Besuch kurz war, fühlte es sich wie ein kleiner Urlaub an. Meine Frau, meine Tochter und ich kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder – beim nächsten Mal ganz bestimmt für mehr als nur eine Nacht!

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

A szállás jó, kényelmes és tiszta. A medence és wellness nagyon jó, de az egyéb ellátás nagyon szűkös.
Pros:

Cons:

Lift nagyon lassú és volt, hogy megállt két emelet között.
A strandbüfé elég szegényes, a felszolgálók nem túl hozzáértők, lassú a kiszolgálás.
A ping-pongért óránként 1000 Ft-ott kell fizetni.
Ha valaki reggelis ellátás mellett mégis vacsorázni szeretne, akkor ki kell fizetni a félpanziós felárat, ami 40 EUR fejenként, és így is szűkös a választék.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. On June 20, 2026, after checking out and driving home, I realized that I had accidentally left my cosmetic bag and two gold necklaces in my hotel room. I immediately contacted the reception. They confirmed that my cosmetic bag had been found, but claimed that the gold necklaces were missing.

It is extremely difficult to believe that only the cosmetic bag was found while the valuable jewelry that had been stored with it simply disappeared.

To make matters worse, the reception staff refused to provide me with the contact details of the hotel manager or owner, and the receptionist ended the phone call instead of trying to resolve the situation.

This incident has been reported to the police and is currently under investigation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially if you value your personal belongings.
