Nice place
Pros:

Great little place near the town center. Cosy, vintage looking, comfortable bed, clean.

Cons:

On the negative side, only 2 things to mention:
-one night there was a filming crew nextdoor and they were really loud and noisy
-they did not refill the shampoo and shower gel during the room cleanup so i ran out of by the time i had to check out.

Pessimo rapporto qualità – prezzo! Meglio un appartamento nella zona, da più servizi!
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto il servizio gratuito di trasporto dall’aeroporto all’hotel, fornito dal Booking. La camera era calda, anche troppo e abbiamo spento il riscaldamento, l’arredo sfrutta bene ogni cm di spazio, materassi comodi e cuscini di riserva. La camera è stata consegnata pulita. L'acqua di Sofia e morbida e piacevole. L’albergo è in stile vintage/antiquariato, ben arredato ma purtroppo mal gestito.

Cons:

Il box della doccia perde e pavimento resta sempre bagnato. Un phon per capelli funzionante c’è, ma non si chiude. È stato attaccato con un nastro adesivo e dopo l’uso deve essere riattaccato con lo stesso nastro, per non riaccendersi ogni due minuti, provocando forte rumore che non ti fa dormire. Un nastro nuovo non è fornito. Un phon richiesto non è stato fornito. Non si possano fare più di 2 cambi degli asciugamani in 10 giorni. La terza volta il cambio ci è stato rifiutato perché doveva essere registrato. Le camere vengono pulite solo su richiesta, non tutti i giorni come al solito. La strategia dell’albergo è “la massima economia” e se non richiesto ulteriormente, vengono forniti per 2 persone: 1 solo sapone, 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica (senza riserva), 1 completo shampoo doccia, 2 asciugamani a persona. Mancano: forbici, utili per viaggiatori con bagagli a mano, bilancia di pesa persone, per misurare il bagaglio del viaggio di ritorno, prese elettriche vicino al letto, una cassaforte e l’albergo avvisa di non avere la responsabilità per eventuali furti. Le tende non oscurano abbastanza, mancano zanzariere. l’incrocio stradale di fronte non è in posizione centrale di Sofia ma è molto trafficato in certe ore e rumoroso. Non c’è un listino prezzi per il lavaggio dei propri vestiti e dicendovi “non costerà molto” dopo vi spellano con prezzi esagerati e uno scontrino non opponibile. Un caffe al bar dell’albergo costa € 2,31 (2,56 = 5 lev con la mancia), anche se pagato tenteranno di mettertelo nel conto della stanza.
