- Hotel con una habitación muy cómoda, nos tocó un piso alto con lo cual teníamos una muy linda vista a la ciudad.
- En cuanto a la ubicación, está situado a una cuadra del Shopping Parque Arauco.
- El desayuno incluido aceptable

El desayuno excelente y muy surtido, atención personalizada desde el ingreso. Quisiera destacar a Nicolas por su esmero y amabilidad.

Cons:

Vinieron a hacer el aseo y estaba en la ducha, les pedí que volvieran en una hora y me dijeron que si, que no me preocupara, no volvieron nunca y dijeron en recepción qué yo puse en la puerta todo el día el cartel de no molestar, lo cual no fue así, al final de la tarde hablé con recepción y me solucionaron el tema.

Mais ou menos . Repetições das mesmas coisas muitos dias . Poucas variedades de frios . Infelizmente

Na escolha do quarto . Sou de idade e primeiramente me deram uma suite onde para tomar banho tinha que entrar numa banheira muito alta e feito debaixo de uma escada , podendo cair e bater a cabeça . Depois me puseram num quarto onde para tomar banho sem perigo meu filho teve que trazer da casa dele, pois mora aí no z chile , um tapete e um banquinho para poder entrar no banho sem perigo . E humanamente impossível um hotel tão grande não ter acomodações para pessoas de idade avançada . Estou até agora esperando a restituição da diferença da acomodação , sem nenhum comunicado . Espero ainda não ter mais dor de cabeça para receber esse estorno de dinheiro que tenho direito . Agradecido

Excelente atencion y predisposición. Muy comoda la habitacion y la ubicación. Fui con bebe de 2 años y pude hacer mucho shopping por la ubicacion que fue clave. Para las cenas me sirvio muchisimo la cocina que tenía la habitacion. La limpieza muy buena tambien! Super recomendado.

El servicio de limpieza. Cortaron el agua y estaban haciendo una obra, mucho ruido en el día. Tuvimos un problema y solo tomaron nota. No lo solucionaron en el momento.
